Location and view are great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and polite 🙂

Location was great. Right next to the water.

Staff was definitely not welcoming it and not friendly. They act like they didn't want us there. No help when we asked questions. I don't know if it was the language barrier but they seemed as they did not care. However the kitchen staff they were amazing

Faculties are wearing out such as lifts, public toilet not clean enough, you will have to drink coffee or tea in really thin plastic cup!

This hotel was amazing value for money. Great view from our balcony across Sunny Beach to the Black Sea. The quality of the food and drink was absolutely excellent, as was the selection on offer each day. Right on the beach, but just at the end of the main drag, so it was nice and quiet at night time. Lovely friendly staff. Special thanks to Nicola and Ivrahim. The hotel was very family friendly. We are a middle aged gay couple, but we were made to feel extremely welcome. Close to all the amenities the town has to offer, and within walking distance of Nessebar (40min walk)

Where I should start, our vacation started very very bad, we ordered 2 separate double bed rooms and when we arrived, apparently there was something wrong with them, and we were being offered an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Having no other option as there were no other separate rooms, we took the room and we received some small perks such as, early checkin, the lunch on the first day (apparently it is not basically included) and some allowance on the final day to extend with a few hours our stay. Apart of the big disadvantage of having at the same amount of money a more awful room, the things poorly in the room could be : 1 room was having unchangeable twin beds, the lights in the living room and in one bedroom were not working, there were only 1 shower and there was a very very awful smell as a sewers in the bathrooms, the toilet was not flushing and the casket was basically opened. The furniture was very old, the TV's were not working at all, so basically besides of the view, nothing was good about the room, especially not a 4* room, more like 1-2 stars. One more thing to add, I am not sure why this hotel is called "Ultra" all inclusive, they have the regular all inclusive, local beverages, nothing internationally, they had a biliard pool which was extra paid, how can this be called "Ultra all inclusive ?", total scam in my opinion.

There is very little parking

Hotel is right on the beach and not split from the see by promenade. Food was good except fruit which was missing taste at all.

I asked for garage spot in advance and despite that everything was full when we arrived. I got for the same price very bad place next to the hotel (not even real parking spot) which meant staying on the sun and lot of dust and bird poops every day. The room was very large but everything inside seemed to be old and too "used", carpet with many stains, door broken etc. Same for "fresh" towels (not so fresh). It was no possible to change air condition set-up, just on/off. All together I would say – it's a pity that no one is taking care of the hotel in such a good location, so it's just becoming worse and worse. And about the beach – hotel has his own beach beds and beach umbrellas but just in the last rows far away from the sea. Why?

Great location!

I had no expectations regarding food/meals/drinks because it is not my first time in Bulgaria. It's really repetitive, a lot of frozen food and prepared in a lot of oil, you can't find butter...only margarine, limited selection , cheap beverage but as I said, I had no expectations. But I was extremely surprised by the cleanliness - it didn't exist. The choice of the hotel was based on reviews. When I arrived, the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, everything was wiped on the surface, dust everywhere, you cannot even imagine the toilets ( I have pictures! I didn't want to upload them because they are not exactly pleasing to the eye but I have them). During the stay, cleaning consists of sweeping the surface with a broom and using a strange-smelling mop. I know that in fact 4 stars in Bulgaria means 3 stars but still.... Maybe I was just unlucky but I didn't want anything special... I just wanted to be clean, not spotless....basic, simple, common clean. Another big problem if you have a suite and you will sleep on the couch - unfortunately it's horrible. You can't sleep on it, it's made out of 3 pieces and the pieces are uneven.

The food is very good and various, with a lot of healthy fruits and vegetables. Every day there are new kind of recipes. The hotel is on the beach, at 10 meters from the sea with free sunbeds. The crew's hospitality is really high.

When we first arrived, our room was not really clean. Parking is not available at the hotel, but you can park your car at a parking place for 20 leva per day.

I liked the spacious apartment with a sea view, daily cleaning, the hotel is right on the beach, the food is varied.

The hotel is very close to the beach and also has a 0,6m deep pool for the smaller kids which my daughter was very fond of. The other pool is deeper, suitable for swimming. The food was very delicious. We liked very much the Bulgarian night when we tasted local specialities and there was a folk performance as well.

The room is very nice, you can see the sea from the balcony - the whole bay actually. It's perfect! 😍 The food was plenty, tasty and every day something different. The restaurant manager is a very nice and friendly lady.

Once I wanted to drink something at the restaurant at 14:02 and it was not possible. It was already closed. The beverages part could be open a bit longer...

Various activities for the children. Good service at the snack bar, parking and children activities.

Poor cleaning, one of the toilets was extremely dirty upon our arrival. Bad service at the reception, including the hotel manager. Diverse but tasteless food, in general. Broken fence at the children’s playground, with a few loose screws that could potentially hurt the kids.
