The pool area was lovely. Plenty of storage space in apartment, and iron & ironing board were useful. Cooker and fridge worked fine. Nice to have table and chairs both indoors and outside.

Air con unit wasn't working, and room was hot, especially at night. Crockery, glasses and cutlery were not all clean; insides of kitchen cupboards were not clean either e.g. spilled sugar on shelves. Fridge very noisy, especially noticeable at night. Bins were not emptied at all during my 3-night stay.

The location was good, fairly close to the sea and the bay restaurants.

Stayed 5 days, no maid service during the whole time. 10euro per day charge to use the aircon, limited staff presence on site.

Great location, nice beach, good restaurants near by.

Towels old and torn, bedsheets not clean, bugs in bed, room was damp, no gas in cooker.

I believe it's most affordable hotel in Pissouri Bay. The apartment is good, the location is great. No problem with parking. Easy check-in, check-out.

It has bad soundproof, especially in case of our room that was facing the road. The kitchen is underequipped, internet is unstable.

Great value for money

We booked an apparment with a view of the pool. When we arrived, we were escorted to an appartment on the other side of the road - instead of the pool we had a view of a parking lot. The appartment also greated us with no warm water, with long hair of previous guests on the floor, with dripping faucets and with toilet paper that lasted for a day.

Very bad facilities, the house isn't like shown in the photos at all ,old beds furniture havent been changed for years, the wooden doors are dacayed need repair for everything ,not very clean, the bathroom not working properly, after we rented the place said we need to add 5 euros to use the aircon , very expensive for a place like this, wouldn't return even for free.

We spent a wonderful 8 days at Kotzias Apartment during July. The room was clear, the bathroom met our expectation. The staff was always avaialble, the pool bar opened early and it was not a problem if you left your cash inside, you could give the cash later. The cleaning ladies visited our room frequently, and we found our belongings where we left them. Our room neighbours were really nice and talkative, we get along with them easily. During our stay we had a wonderful kitty visiting our apartment, I’m attaching some pics about her. It looked like she used to owners, or had frequent intraction with humans as she wasn’t so shy and “wild” as her folks. From our 2nd day she came to us and after a 4-5 mins “introduction” she immediatelly let us to pet her, and she stayed very close where we were. If we had our breakfast at the balcony, she had a nap right beside our chairs. When we went to sleep at night, she “asked” if she could come in and stay with us inside. When we invited her in, she set up her base on the sofa, went on with her evening routine and then slept till morning without a blink. If you are a cat-person it takes very little to please her and take care of her, so if you could, please do so. She will appreciate every small gesture and touch. We fed her every morning and evening, and made sure she has fresh water next to our door when we left the apartment for the day. All in all, it’a lovely place to stay with a swimming pool to get refreshed.
