Noise audible at night from courtyard

The only thing to like in this hotel was the location. The staff were also nice but that's all. I am really surprised how this hotel has such great rating. This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in Mexico.

We were checked in a filthy room - it had spider nets with bugs entangled in them. Looked like the room hadn't been cleaned for months. The bathroom was full of small ants, the shower curtain rail and the window as well as the shower were completly rusty. The window sill had remains of a construction and a cap of a shampoo bottle and a plastic razor blade protector. Again seemed no cleaning had been done for a long time. I did complain and we were given a different room, relatively cleaner. However the bathroom had a bad odour all the time that went into the room as well. Overall the facilities in this hotel need better maintenance and some rennovation. The bathrooms and the furniture look old and not well taken care of. I wouldn't come back to this place again. I was very disappointed especially after all the good reviews they have here on booking.com.

I did like the center garden of the hotel, its a nice building, Location is great, Ive stay in ah lot of hotels in San Cristobal and in my expierince this the best price/value one. Although the showers needs a bit of a renewal

Very nice hotel in San Cris, easy to get around and close to most of the major sights in the city.

The central courtyard was beautiful, a peaceful haven to relax and enjoy.

We didn't manage to find the lawned garden, but the pics look wonderful.

Everything. It looks great, staff are friendly and it’s hang in the centre of an awesome town.
