Right on the beach

Rooms were very hot and noisy

Cooked breakfast was cold. No elevator. The staff made an error on arrival under charging me by 75%, charging me in soles rather than usd, i did not notice this. They then tried to reclaim when I was leaving, forcing me to look at bank statements etc. Strange thing for me was they seemed happy with the charge at the time and it seemed correct for the area. At 150 USD per night just for myself this turned out to be the most expensive of my whole trip, even 5 star in Lima, it certainly was not worth the money, 150 Soles would have been closer to the actual value.

The view from the room is very nice and the location is excellente. 3 minute walking from the restaurants and market area or the bus station. The pool looks nice and is huge. They have beds to rest in front of the sea.

My room was dirty and the air conditioning was not working so we complained and they gave us another room. This other room had no hot water so we couldn't shower and the fridge made terrible noises all night so we couldn't sleep. I asked for another chair for the balcony and they didn't bring it, I asked for a blanket and they didn't bring it. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was disgusting. The pool had boatmen insects... not that I hate those but that is an indicator that they do not clean the pool properly. The reclining chairs had seen better days... they do not clean them and they are stained with bird poop. The food was lame, the buffet breakfast looked bad. The hotel is very old and I wish I knew it was going to be like this otherwise I would have paid $100 more to go to Aranwa or Hilton. Such a waste of money! They even made me pay a tax that was more than Booking indicated. Don't go to this hotel, I wish I didn't go.

Everything was great, from check in to check out. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the drink on arrival was fantastic.

The staff is nice, helpful..excellent. The pool is big enough to not feeling crowded and the views from everywhere, rooms, pool, dinning area, everywhere are beautiful. The whole hotel concept leads to a relaxing time.

Thechairs in the balconies could improve so that guests can sit there and enjoy the views on their own.

The location was ok. The manager of the hotel resteraunt was very helpful and nice. The view was great.

In the middle of the night drunk guys from the room next to us started to scream and played metal music. The crew tried to tell them to shut off the music but it didn't help until I was very angry. The room we got was dirty, they replace our room and the new one wasn't clean too. The water in the shower weren't warm. When we ask the crew they said they can't do nothing. The blanket on the bed was discusting. The hotel isn't looks like it's looks in the photos. It's very old hotel. Don't go there.

the hotel has a great location. Right next to the bus station and also restaurants and a promenade are very close. The hotel has a beautiful entrance and the rooms were large and comfortable.

the rest. staff nice but not very helpful. the level of english was very low. Unfortunately, the employees in the kitchen don't understand much. the pool was CONSTANTLY full of gulls(birds). we read it but didn't quite believe it. but honestly, dear guests, if you want to swim DO NOT book this hotel. We had about 15 guests and only 1 woman used the pool for days. the fitness equipment is broken. I've tried them all and you couldn't use them. which is billiartic than and kaput. actually the room was fine now. WLAN doesnt work in the fitness room. it is not possible to swim in the sea in front of the hotel. it's dirty and the water is full of oil. they do the least and you can see that the hotel is run down.

The pool was gigantic and quite nice. It would be nice if it was heated, though, as the water was pretty chilly. Breakfast was overall great, there was a wide selection of foods to choose from and a nice coffee machine that made americanos, espressos, and lattes. I would recommend not buying the cheap ham to put out though; same for the salchipapas. Everything else was solid. The lunch/dinner was awesome; ceviche was fantastic, giant chunks of fish that tasted like they came straight off the boat.

The entertainment rooms needed some updating- there was a pool room, but the tables were beat up and dilapidated. Same for the ping pong room. The gym was also laughable; three or four pieces of second hand equipment, a few dumbbells, and some ultra cheap jump ropes.

Nice balcony, swimming pool and facilities in general. Spacious airy hotel. Rooms are nice. All rooms overlook the beach. One of the nicest hotels in town. Very close walking distance to a bus stop connecting to Lima and town centre.

Some touches are missing such as slippers, kettle in the room. Would expect these at a 4 star hotel.

Wonderful location, lovely facility, great views, lovely spread for breakfast.

The hotel is clearly overpriced. Poor breakfast, no water in the rooms, poor or lack of equipment in the gym and entertainment sections.

they can have more advantage on the outside part of the property . the beach has been forgotten as in other hotels in the area .

This is a hidden gem. The food is good, the drinks are good, the service is exceptional. Paracas is not a swimming in the beach type place, it is a fishing town. While the hotel is next to the beach don't except to swim there. The hotel has a pool, but given the beach, there are seagulls everywhere by the pool.

The seagulls by the pool, but that can't be helped. The sea could be cleaned some.
