First of all the look and feel of the property is great. Rooms and quiet nice and spacious. My room had separate hamam room itself.

Kayakapi is a unique hotel, with an historical heritage, and an astonishing view over Urgup and the landscape of Cappadocia. the rooms are directly carved inside the tuff stones, the bathroom has a big shower/bath and is well refurbished, the swimming pool is nice and the breakfast has different options. the concierge is really helpful for organizing trips and activities.

The staff from the spa doesn’t speak English and is not very professional.

the hotel is actual caves. there Turkish Hammam in the room. the view is great for all rooms. staff is amazing the connection of the hotel with all the tours/activities organizers in the city is amazing, what ever you wish for, they will make it for you. and they have a top rated restaurant in the hotel really exceed my expectation .

you need transportation to reach any shop, but they provide free shuttle to city center. I asked for the robes and they refuse to give it or sell it, but again, this is not a standard request.

As soon as you step into the hotel immaculate welcome is showing up. 24 hour Shuttle service is picking you up from your room in seconds. Ambiance in the room is brilliant. Modernity of today is merged with history elegantly and perfectly. Next year I will try a room with a pool inside. We were so appreciative about the most enjoyable breakfast in our lives, hard to define the breakfast experience with all that kind of everything on the poolside with a gorgeous view of Cappadocia. Other hit was the balloon tour with Royal Balloon Company.

It was hard to adopt real life after Kayakapi experience.

The hotel is very unique, an amazing way to discover Cappadocia by staying in the cave. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The spa experience was awful. You will be wasting your money if you are after relaxing experience because this spa is everything but that. it is located next to the pool and you can hear kids splashing and screaming, no one bothers to close doors, the therapist working on me kept talking to the therapist doing my daughters massage during the actual massage. They were literally screaming to each other from room to room across the corridor and stairs. how are you supposed to relax!? I also think she smoked before starting my procedure I could smell the cigarettes from her hands too.

The hotel itself is a beautiful WHC historic site, has a lot of historic places and beautiful views

The best in Cappadocia, absolutely amazing experience. The staff is extremely attentive and polite, very helpful. the amenities are pristine. The rooms are worthy of a 5 star boutique hotel, very well decorated and comfortable. Everything is perfect. The pool is great and the view is breathtaking. All guests get free access to a new turkish hammam that is so clean and nice it rivals the ones in Istanbul. The food is also out of this world, especially their breakfast and their newly opened a la carte restaurant. Anytime I come to Cappadocia, this will be my hotel.
