The staff were excellent and the Grounds and swimming pool were very good.
The room shower. Extra instructions given but how to use it wasn’t the problem. It was the fluctuating water temperature.

Großer Pool, gepflegte Anlage, gutes Frühstück
Etwas außerhalb von La Fortuna, wobei die Gehwege kaum existierten, was vor allem mit Kinderwagen ein Problem ist. Das hintere Tor sollte geöffnet werden, wenn man in die Stadt geht.

La camera che avevamo prenotato prevedere due letti matrimoniali alla francese....invece la camera che ci e' stata data aveva un letto alla francese e un letto singolo..... sottolineo che la camera da noi acquistata su booking aveva un prezzo più alto rispetto a quella che ci hanno riservato..nonostante abbiamo segnalato alla reception per ben due volte il disagio...l'unica risposta fornita e,' stata che erano full.....
Avrebbero dovuto cambiarci immediatamente camera o restituirci la differenza.....
Altra nota negativa...gli asciugamani odoravano di petrolio...

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zudem ist Unterkunft sicher , da kameraüberwacht.
Das Frühstück ist leider nicht so gut , es gibt immer das selbe. Nach 3 Tagen kann man es nicht mehr sehen.

Little Villas were spread out on an amazing piece of property with great scenery. Good location with a car, with plenty of parking. AC worked well and bathrooms were good. Staff were all pleasant!

Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the fruit. Fresh and sweet! Staff was very nice and friendly as well as helpful.
I would have like cream for my coffee. I would have like to be able to make coffee in my room. I could not plug the refrigerator in so could not buy cream at supermarket and keep in room for when I needed it. Not a big deal but I would pay a fee for a small coffeepot that I could take to room. They had tea water pots.

The location is great, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean with A/C and a Safe included in the closset.
The room we stayed was located near by the highway and it was kind of noisy.

A beautiful hotel, with simple clean rooms surrounded by gorgeous tropical gardens. A fantastic view of the volcano. Great pool and delicious breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Arenal Country Inn was a fabulous place to stay! We loved everything about it! This place is impeccably clean, breakfast is fresh, and the staff is friendly and always available to help. Costa Rican charm with modern-day comforts!

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the grounds, pools, and all the different wildlife on site. The location is perfect to a lot of the attractions we came to see. The breakfast was a nice added benefit.
A little league baseball team came in late one evening and were VERY loud. They were running around outside very late and banging around inside their rooms. They woke us up at 2am. There's no staff on site after 9pm so there was no one to get them calmed down.

Family-owned business. They work hard to keep a nice property. Great value. The staff gave us a to-go breakfast when we had early-morning bird watching.

Location was great with short walk to town centre, comfortable bungalow style rooms surrounded by lovely gardens with a great pool. Breakfast was good with several choices. All staff were good and Jackie our host was wonderful and helped to book a ziplining tour for us.

The location was really good. The complex looks good and the pool was the perfect temperature. There was no one around. The restaurant recommendation was excellent. The beds were super comfy.
It was hard to get staff attention. Had no response on the WhatsApp messages and we just wanted to buy some water from the reception. The reception doesn't seem to be manned, but the person working is elsewhere.

Receptionist was very nice, efficient and helpful.
The room was confortable and breakfast was good.
Very noisy (bad isolation in the room). Luckily the neighbours were quiet from 10 pm to 6 am.

Really nice location and beautiful gardens. Plenty of birds flying through as well. Nice pool and all very clean and well maintained. Would certainly stay again.
Our room was a little small and lacked space for our luggage and clothes. Nice porch area to sit outside, but oddly this only had one chair for our double room. Sound proofing is poor and we also had an incredibly squeaky bed which was quite annoying.

The hotel area was beautiful and had a view of the volcano. The room was very nice and good size. It was around 1km from the center so quiet but close to everything. The service was excellent and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend!
The breakfast food itself was good but how it was served had a bit of a school lunch feel to.

Beautiful place to stay and avoid the noisy center. Beautiful cabañas, garden and pool. Just 15 min walk to the center. Really helpful staff
