We had a large apartment (dining room with a kitchen and a fridge, two bedrooms plus beds for children under the roof, balcony) on 3rd floor of traditional-style building a minute's walk to the central square, shops and tourist office. It is very quiet, comfortable, spacy with sufficient storage room. A nice base to hike in beautiful nearby valleys and mountains. The hosts are very nice and helpful; they did everything to make us feel fine during our stay. Free public parking less than 5 min. away.

The beds are too hard to our taste, but this could probably be addressed by putting a blanket or two under the sheets if necessary. Getting upstairs to the 3rd floor might be a problem for persons with reduced mobility, small kids or lots of luggage. They also a have a pretty small two-story house near the river (no internet). The only real problem is the lack of reliable and secure wi-fi connexion, though we managed to consult our emails or connect to the internet occasionnally. This may be an advantage for those who seek an escape from routine life.
