Entering the property initially

Reachable from the airport (taxi instead of walking is recommended), kind and helpful staff, fair price.

I can only speak for during the Summer, but at least in my room there was no AC; and the whole building was really hot. And taking a taxi from the airport was cheaper than the hotel-shuttle.

We paid for the room. After seeing how uncomfortable and hot it would be to stay there, we asked for a refund. We were told to email the owner. I did and have not received a refund. The staff person was friendly and suggested another hotel for us.

For this cheap price I don't expect much, so in general it was ok. But what I didn't like was that the mattress was super slippery on the bed. So you couldn't sit on the bed without the whole mattress sliding down.

Leaving

Walking from airport not easy; staff member said 'it was obvious' when it wasn't. Front gate not accessible (unless you know, you have to check in first), whereas side gate permanently open, driveway up to property unlit (v.dark). Electronic sign in, not obvious (however staff member was there 24/7). We were there on a hot day, no AC or ventilation apart from window (no fly screen and obviously not soundproof then) whereas others were gathered on grass outside to keep cool. Skylight above stairwell was not opened and we were on top floor which collected heat from the building. If you have hold luggage there is no elevator. Table in room (not dining as claimed!). Hugely overpriced considering it's more like a v.cheap hostel with the worst attitude. See picture attached of windows open to gain fresh air. The positive reviews seem fake.

Fine for the night before an early flight the next day

No real ventilation in the room other than the window which, when opened meant you heard the motorway traffic and people on your outdoor seating area.

Close to the airport. Very friendly staff, happy to help with late check-in and carrying luggage up the stairs. Room was very pretty and bed was really comfortable and big. The sink in the room was really nice to have.

Difficult to get to the hotel from the airport at night. On the way back to the airport the path was quite clear, but it would have been really nice to have clear instructions on how to get there from the airport on foot, especially since the way there is really poorly lit. Google maps is not always reliable.

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the breakfast and the toilets were clean.

They add fees to everything. For example, I was checking in and they told me if I wanted breakfast, but because I wasn't sure if I had enough on my card for that I said no, but after 2 minutes that I checked that I have the 3.50 they asked for but after I told them that I changed my mind they told me that now the price has gone up to 6 euros. Imagine as a company to treat people like that. Also please be careful, they did not let me know until I checked in that I have to pay 5-10 euros just to do a late check out (the max late you can go is 4pm...)

The hotel charged a non smoking campaigner like me 60 eur extra for smoking.

The hotel didn't offer blanket or towels

The location was good, staff were friendly, and the room was quiet and suited my needs. Being able to checkout 24/7 was nice.

The toilets should really have sinks.

No chance to walk to airport despite staff telling me it was easy. No signs to and from hotel. No towels. Room ice-cold. Noisy rooms. No lift. Thin blankets, completely insufficient. Who knows what a tandem room is? It's a room without toilet and bath. Only a sink, which was blocked. No soap , no nothing. I chose this "hotel" because it is close to the airport. That the staff let me go out in this chaotic wilderness is due to total ignorance... or it's criminal. I travel a lot,and I usually don't comment hotels, but this was horrendous. This is no hotel, this is a hostel at best. A hostel which looks like a correction center .

The walk from the airport is badly lit, and rather intimidating through the tunnel and the caravan park
