Everything!! , if u are after a quiet Private peaceful place …this is the place to be.. so relaxing and great friendly service. We are definitely going back!! Rent a bike across the road, or 10min walk along the beach an u are in the town. 50walk the other way an u have an amazing restaurant to dine at.

it is on the quieter side of this part of Phuket with limited options to eat close by. there was also a lot of construction happening.

Quiet, wonderful hotel with an equally quiet beach; perfect for those looking for peace. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with all details thought of. The private pool area in the room was also very nice; it was nice to spend time in the pool and lounge chairs during low tide. Breakfast was also very good; they prepare a variety of eggs, fruit and croissants each day. Our hostess Adelaide was very helpful in making suggestions for the water activities, dinner, etc. and even gave us a morning yoga class on the beach! Overall, highly recommended if you want a happy and peaceful vacation in the area.

The hotel has just switched owners, therefore there is currently no service besides breakfast. However, we were able to make our own drinks in the open kitchen and get fruit whenever we wanted :) There are also closeby restaurants within walkimg distance so food was never a problem.

The most special thing about this villa was that it is facing the beach. The room we stayed was literally only 20-30 steps away from the beach so we could have nice morning and evening walks on the beach, then we could also lie down on the beach bed in the night time to see stars by hearing the sound of the waves. It was so calming. We also hired a private boat for a half-day visit to Coral Island with a kind help of the hotel staff, and the boat actually came to the beach right in front of the room, which makes our island visit stress-free, and very memorable. The room was clean, and had all amenities we needed. We also liked the private swimming pool.

I like staying small accommodations like this, and I think the charm of staying at small accommodations is usually from very personal hospitality the owners give to us. When I decided to book this place, I read many great comments on the hospitality of the owner and staff and I got an expectation that this place will also give us very personal hospitality to us. But unfortunately I didn't have that while we stay. For the sake of the staff who were working while we stayed, they were good. While we faced a few problems, they tried their best to work out for us and I am truly grateful for it. I felt the problem was a shortage of staff and lack of hospitality from the new owner. What I heard is that the owner has recently changed, and it looked like the management team has changed (and maybe cut the number of staff?). I didn't really speak to the owner, and the owner didn't really greet the guests much. An additional note, the hotel name just changed this month. When I booked this hotel, it was called Dream Sea Escape, but I learned the name has changed to Soul Villas only when I searched this hotel on the Google Maps to take a car there. I liked the facilities of this place and it has a good potential. I hope the new owner can improve things for a better guest experience to make the money worth.

I was staying in the villa by the beach with my daughter and dog (big plus they are pet friendly). The villa was perfect, stylish and comfy. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The surroundings are beautiful as well. Also you can take a kayak and a sup board, or to have a stroll at the beach with a little amount of people. One morning we had a yoga class included into the price. The location was great for me because it’s far from touristic places and I wanted something quiet.

The only inconvenience was lack of food. The restaurant was open only for breakfast, so if you want lunch or dinner you have to order from grab or walk to the nearest restaurant at the beach which only has Thai food. But I heard that the resort is going to open their restaurant soon. Besides that everything was great.

Loved the quiet location of the property. The lovely view of the sea surrounded by hills. This is the view that you get as you wake up in the morning right from your bed. The owners Oliver and Adelaide are very friendly. Joined Adelaides yoga classes on the beach side lawn in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation from Singapore relaxing and distressing in this serene and lovely property.

This is a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the nature and are not that much interested in the typical tourist places. The views from the villas located at the top of the hill were breathtaking, customer service was very good, breakfasts delicious. You can relax at your private swimming pool or use the kind help of the manager to arrange a boat trip or a Thai massage. The staff led by Anne was super helpful and friendly. A few restaurants (our favourites were Ao Yon Seaside and At the Beach) and 7eleven within the walking distance. The villa staff were available to help with carrying the luggage but it must be noted that the accomodation is located on the hill and not suitable for those who have problems with going up/down the stairs.

The sea is not as beautiful when it goes down in the afternoon but this is common in many places in Thailand. We were also surprised that the two rooms are separated (2 separate entrances from the swimming pool area) but given that there were also two separate bathrooms, at the end this came up as an advantage to our teenagers.

I booked the Dream Sea Escape hotel from 10th to 16th of January 2023. When we arrived at the hotel, the room was not cleaned and the floor was dirty. We were not provided with breakfast and after we asked for an omelet, after one hour the omelet was still not served. The restaurant and the kitchen were not clean either. On January 15, one day before departure (our departure was scheduled for January 16) we packed our luggage and went on an excursion, with indentation to return to the hotel at 21:00, pack the remaining belongings (for example, expensive sun cream) and then check-out from the night before. But when we returned to the hotel in the evening, our room was already occupied. If we changed our mind and decided to stay one more night, and someone else was already living in the room, where would we be supposed to spend the night? The owners of the hotel demonstrated aggressive and unacceptable behaviors, raised their voice at us and asked them to leave. We asked to refund the money for the last pre-paid night but the hotel did not provide it. We are also appalled to find out that the hotel describes our guests as rude and ‘misbehaving’, and that the Customer Service Team (booking.com) is willing to accept such insults from the hotel staff towards its clients and do not provide any assistance in resolving such issues.

the pictures do not match the room - no living room. breakfast is only served from 8-11 not from 8-6pm like the website says. no net to clean the pool.

An amazing view that is worth seeing everyday! Villa has been renovated recently, it has everything for a great holiday time. Also, I would like to highlight its great location. Despite the ebb and flow, the sea is available for swimming at any time if you have the pool shoes. It is also worth noting the responsive and polite owner. The villa is totally private and it's completely clean both inside of it as well as across the whole hotel territory. The hotel only offers breakfasts. However, we have found it not to be for everyone in terms of the food offered on the menu. There's a good restaurant nearby as well as shops (5 mins walking). The hotel's staff reacts to your questions very quickly. The special thanks go to Oliver and Adelle! We had a great time at this place!

its private, cosy and close to the beach. the view from the villa facing the sea and the mountains is just amazing. the place is clean and has all the required amenities. the interior is neatly curated. the pool is nicely maintained. host preps the best Korean breakfast and are very helpful.

Well-loved everything about this place .. this place is managed by a Korean couple and made sure that we enjoy our stay as home did several things personally like taking me to the market where I can get halal food in his car (it's not far almost 5-8 mins walk) and make sure it's delivered to us, when needed to go to the hospital due to my daughter injury (had to give her tetanus shot) they took us there and guided us. Love the private beach, the view from the room, the private pool and all the room facilities Next door there is a restaurant where you can get good tasty food and reasonably price also, which is accessible through beach
