The staff were super friendly and helpful especially the lady at breakfast time. Very good night sleep. Overall exceptional

The bed in 1 room was comfortable. One of the rooms had no hot water.
The breakfast was awful.
The staff weren't very nice, a smile would have gone a long way!

The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of juices, teas and cooked breakfasts.
We had a sumptuous dinner with three courses and a bottle of wine on a special deal.
Nothing - everything was fine and we will stay there again.

Lovely location
Very tired room, shower looked mouldy and very cramped. Breakfast was very limited.

Breakfast was very good, you had to pre-book so it arrived hot and fresh, dinner was also very good although on one occasion the dining room was very full and service suffered slightly through lack of staff. The room was bright, airy and comfortable.
The hot water pressure was almost none existent, one had to wait quite a long time to fill a basin with hot water.

Lovely clean room, comfy bed. Delicious food. Al fresco dining with a lovely view. Breakfast that set you up for a day of sight-seeing.
It was so pleasant it would be churlish to find something to whinge about.

where to start, was told I had to be back in the room before 11:30 or I would be locked out, the key was taken away from me.
towels were filthy and the breakfast was horrific, only decaf coffee in the room.

Location nice.
Was allotted the Bridal suite.which was funny as been married 40 years. Seemed dark and old. Yes its a old building, but still requires updating. Bathroom old and partly non functional. Shower no power to water with old taps and aged pipes.
Keys to rooms was struggle as you had to align the key or gets stuck.

Ideal location and pretty from the outside
Doors locked at 11pm, so had to leave wedding we were attending early.
No one on reception in the morning for us to check out, had to be woken up by the cleaners!
Fixtures in bathroom broken (toilet flush button missing)
