I loved the suite with the two bedrooms and bathrooms inside of it, the space was absolutely amazing and the view was breathtaking.
I wish there was hotel parking and the internet wasn’t working at all, the tv in the living room didn’t work unfortunately and there wasn’t a microwave to use which would’ve come in handy.

I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff were at the hotel. Cannel was very hospitable and solution oriented.
Very disappointed that there was No parking or private parking lot for guest.

-couldn’t find remotes for Tvs
-for $300 per night you’d expect bottled waters to be provided - my room didn’t have a single one - wouldn’t stay here again.

Location in Philipsburg and the beach. the room had a full size coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and a nice dining/work table. the interior was updated and roomy.
The internet was very spotty and was totally out for most of one day. The TV is internet based, so hard to watch while freezing up and then jumping forward.
The bed was small for two people and very firm.

Close proximity to the beach. The kindness of the management and staff during our stay. The cleanliness of the room. Very close proximity to retail shopping and to church . the laid-back ambience of the island . What a great place to stay
only 2 channels on TV. But we were on vacation so not a big deal
