Provided what I needed. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz and I’m sure had I been with others I would have ventured into the bar or restaurant.
It was fine. The food on the room service menu was quite pricey. $30 for a bowl of pasta, plus an $8 surcharge for eating in your room especially when I could order from Menulog with free delivery.
There wasn’t a dropbox to leave my key when checking out and the lady on reception seemed to take delight in holding me up, despite it being obvious from my clothes I was heading to work. I’m sure she thought it was funny. Me, not so much, but I’m grumpy in the morning.

the spa bath was filthy, looked like it didn’t get cleaned and I had a shower and the hot water went not so hot after 10 mins with me just having the hot water on and no cold water.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. They were friendly and sociable with my sister and I.
The serviced apartments we stayed in were super clean and well stocked with a reasonably priced mini-bar.
There was excellent parking very close to our apartments.

The location is great.
Rooms are very dated and extremely poor housekeeping. they were advertising for housekeeping staff and it shows - crusty drool stains on pillows and sheets which you could see and feel. we refused to stay in the room and requested to leave, and were upgraded to their more modern apartment, however still borderline with quality, not comfortable and not adequate to have a family in when there is only 1 recliner chair and one single seat.

The room was fairly large and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The motel is in a handy position relative to the town.
