We loved our stay of 5 nights next to the Arles Arena. What a magnificent view from the windows. We would open the windows to the happy sound of the city and then by nightfall all was quiet. We felt perfectly safe. Parking in the host recommended garage was easy with Delphine's instructions (bought the parking pass) and we used our car some days and took trains when that was less complicated than driving. The apartment was perfectly clean with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. We appreciated the washing machine and drying racks. The bed was comfortable. We did not use the bedroom in the loft area, as there were 2 of us. There were 2 sets of stairs we had to use and they were not a problem at all. Good, sturdy handrails on both (to the loft, not sure if there is a handrail). We would not hesitate at all to book this apartment again. It was perfect stay for us.

The shower door was hard to open from the inside - a very very minor issue

This apt is perfect! It is one of the rare cases where the Booking.com description matches the reality. I cannot recommend this apt highly enough. Not many beds in Europe use fitted sheets (that actually fit) so it was an unusual pleasure to not need to refit the sheets every night.

There is nothing to complain about or mention that is in any way less than satisfactory.

Super emplacement face aux arênes d'Arles. appartement très bien équipé. des petites attentions suppélmentaires tels que café, biscuits, eau. Sdb petite mais fonctionnelle avec linge de maison fourni.

Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite car il y a des escaliers sur 3 étages. Mais c'est comme ça dans ce type de maison.

This is a fantastic apartment right next to the Colosseum. It is fully equipped with absolutely everything that you might need for your stay. Clean and comfortable, it has an air-conditioner in the living room/kitchen and one in the bedroom. You are a flight of steps away from a little cafe and a few minutes walk to the rest of the olde town. There is a Utiles store less than 5 minutes away and a Monoprix approx 7 minutes away. The area is quiet at night. We would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Arles.

A great appartement at all levels.

The location was excellent. Check in easy. Excellent communication with the owner. Upstairs was very comfortable. Downstairs had no air-conditioning and was pretty unbearable. Owner explained rules/codes for renovation in that area, so understandable that what AC they were allowed to put in would be in sleeping areas. Very nicely furnished, washing machine, TV's etc. It doesn't seem possible that there is a better location for Arles than this one, or a more responsive owner.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. We did not meet Delphine however she was always contactable by email. She left bottled water in the fridge and some snacks on the table which was very thoughtful of her coupled with dressing gowns, umbrellas etc…too many items to list. There was a fan in the kitchen/lounge and an air conditioning unit and fan in the bedroom which was an added bonus. The apartment exceeded our expectations.

The stairs. You had to climb a steep flight of stairs to enter the apartment and another steep flight of stairs to reach the bedroom. it was fine for myself and my husband however not not ideal if you had mobility issues.
