Nice hotel just at the ocean front ;) 2 outdoor pools, including Infinity pool and one located inside (SPA section, subject to time limitations). Very helpful staff, although few understood english well. Large and tasty breakfast, however expect it to be spanish style (either sweets or ham/cheese heavy)= almost no vegetables. Room spacious with nice ocean view. Clean and maintained daily.

Bed was bit uncomforable (personal view as my partner enjoyed it). Bit noisy from ocean at windy days.

Perfumed air fresheners everywhere. Cold food in buffet is inexcusable for all meals. Plastic flowers. Cheap hairdryer impossible to use.

Perfect location, the pool and the view was amazing, breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and spoke English. Short distance to the centre. Parking was available as well. Perfect relaxing getaway

The beach, the pools, the facilities...were amazing. It was so comfortable and we loved our stay.

We did our best to be polite and speak in the best Spanish we had. However, some of the bar staff were less than impressed with our broken Spanish - which was a bit off-putting when we were trying. I'll have to brush up before heading back. ;) So many of the staff were lovely though, so don't want to take away from amazing stay.

Relaxed atmosphere and attentive staff. Long opening times for meals.

Location, cleanliness and facilities. Amazing pool area, gym facilities and spa.

No iron available. Limited food service.

Great drinks at the bar and a lovely breakfast. The bar staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Wonderful fresh orange juice and a great variety of choice to choose from from at breakfast including omelettes. The hotel room felt very clean with a free minibar which is a nice added bonus.

The hotel looked a bit dated with all the fake plants, flamingos and looked a bit cluttered in places. I must say at times certain areas made me feel nervous with all the stuff all over the place.

It does what it promises: large resort with direct access on the beach, buffet restaurant and nice swimming pools. The beach is great, and in this time of the year almost desert. Close to Donana park. Buffet with enough choice for breakfast and dinner. Large room with comfortable bed and nice balcony (paid extra for ocean view-worth it!). Silent (but: october). Kind and efficient staff.

Breakfast opens only at 8.00 and there’s no way to get even coffee before, and no coffee facilities in the room: might be a problem for early birds or birdwatchers!! Pool area largely sufficient at this time of the year, wonder in high season? Same applies to (not included) internal parking. Due to covid (or low season) spa access needs to be booked and saunas were not functioning. Ants may be an issue, but honestly not sure what they could do about it. Beds/umbrellas on the beach are extra. All together for us no big issues!

Stunning Hotel overlooking the sea. The General Manager should be very proud of their reception staff as they were warm & welcoming. A special mention for Anna Marie for her pleasant advice and Martha ( sorry if spelt incorrectly) . We mentioned that we required a Covid-19 test to return to the UK and if she would recommend a local medical center . She telephoned the med centre and made an appointment also arranged a taxi to take us, wait and return to the hotel. Brilliant service and over and above her call of duty. Thank you and will return without hesitation.

Unfortunately the restaurants in local area were closed down. Not sure if this was due to Covid-19 or being late in season.

I liked the welcome smile of Joanna doing my check in early. They were very kind to allow us to do early. I love facilities, pools, showers, spa, DJ's was fantastic. Drinks could be better. Buffet was ok in dinner time. I decided not eat breakfast. In general worth it for the price.

I did not like waiters approach in the buffet area.

Location on the beach front; food at the restaurant. Even deserts (which are usually plastic were very good) Fruit was also very fresh and tasty. Fresh squeezed orange juice was also a plus.

There was a lot of loud music all the time, including at night (until 12 am) . Staff was not very nice. I am not sure if they could understand non spanish speakers. Bed was too soft for me. Open aired common spaces had no vegetation whatsoever. The grass shown in the pictures is artificial. Cleaning ladies did not wear mask at all times and daily cleaning was poor.

The Staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. It is not easy for them in these crazy "lock down" days but they went out of their way to be the best.
