very limited amount of hot water, limited kitchen equipment (no essentials), sofabed is not suitable for sleeping- very uncomfortable

I received no information on where to collect the keys - another guest kindly tried to help me and said he and others had also experienced this problem - when I finally managed to get through to the receptionist on the phone she was extremely unfriendly, when I said I hadn't received the details on how to get access to my room, she angrily shouted at me that I had received the info (she was on loud speaker so the other guest who was trying to help me was a witness to this). Next day I did receive an apology... but it ruined my first day on the island.

Location, cleanliness

* Rooms are not soundproof and we could hear the noise from the corridor * we were 4 travellers; our appartment consist of two bedrooms, one of which had only a single bed which forced two of us to sleep in the kitchen/living area * the two small bedrooms do not have direct ventilation and day light * we stayed one night from Friday to Saturday, due to the noise and loud music/smell from the restaurant below/people passing by till morning we could barely sleep. The “highlight” was the garbage van at 1:45 😵‍💫.

Location was perfect, less than 5 min from the beach, near a Dino supermarket and very central (plenty of bars and restaurants at a walking distance). The apartment was comfortable and the balcony was a good size.

Showers could be glass instead of a curtain.

Nice clean hotel. Good wifi for working

The bed was very small for 2 people. Window to the internal patio means you can hear all the neighbours.
