Friendly staff, especially at the pool

The security deposit of £100 I paid on top which has not been given back 8 days later and counting. If this was known before I booked and paid for the none refundable caravan for the weekend I would have looked elsewhere. Upon chasing it for it to be returned I was told it takes 10 working days! Kids swearing and spitting in the kids play area (more of a parents place but thought I'd mention) Lack of food choices.

Caravan was very spacious and holiday park location was perfect. Definitely will go back and stay there again. Kids loved the swimming pool 🏊‍♂️ .

Mattresses needs to be changed should be better quality rest everything was perfect

The caravan was spotless and well equipped the site was perfect for our holiday super friendly with always something to do. The location was brilliant with shops ect close and a beautiful beach.

Perhaps the entertainment in club as a the singer was very loud for the small room she was singing in. Could do with something more for teenagers if I was being picky. All round was brill.

Was big and clean

Not much going on the property. Have to drive everywhere to get to where everything is happening. Also not enough eating facilities on site. Not much choice and the burger bar didn’t have much stock.

We loved the pool and arcade our caravan was beautiful very welcoming and clean and comfortable will deffo be booking again for next year 😊

it was great for us as a family

The caravan was spacious, clean and comfy. It had a large area outside where the kids could play when we were in the caravan. The caravan was located really close to the amenities. The caravan park is well maintained and must easier than others to book things like swimming. I read reviews about not being able to use card payments but we had no problem whilst there.

A bit more choice of food on site would be great. The people at the takeaway hut were helpful and the food was good but if you’re there for a week it gets a bit boring having the same thing over again.

Had to pay for Wi-Fi free wasn’t available and chip shop on site was basically food from Iceland not a real chip shop

The location was clean, the caravan was fine for a Bronze size. But if you are very tall or large then the room size will cause issues. The pool and eating facilities are fine. The small parks are fine too. But they aren't really suitable for every day entertainment as the size and options within them are limited. The arcade is fine for a one off use and the bar is good place. The mermaid cafe is good to for small snacks and basic drinks so you can enjoy while the kids play in the park.

I have seen some parking issues as I was blocked in on a few occasions. The Captains Plaice is overpriced and low in quality. The staff were fine, but generally seemed like young kids as a summer break job and on one occasion the pool was booked in the morning only to be told it wasn't in the afternoon. One thing is you do have book an hour slot each day if you wish to use the pool.

The area, the distance from interesting places to visit. The staff were friendly. The food outlets on site were acceptable but overpriced. The distance to the beach was good. The grass areas were well kept. As I can't type in the section below. The caravan was really dirty when we arrived. There was fat dripping down the oven door. The fridge door was filthy, the seating area had food and sand all over it. The carpets were dirty. The bedroom doors stuck closed from the inside and someone had to force them open from the outside the room. One of the lighbulbs needed replacing in the dining area. We were told that all we needed to bring was towels, but there were no coat hangers. Who brings coat hangers on holiday? We had to pay for the WiFi, there was no dvd player. There was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this place and certainly wouldn't go again.

Great atmosphere, friendly service. Very quiet place, you can relax there. comfortable bed. The resort's swimming pool is a great attraction, and the bar is family-friendly. We'll probably be back.

The caravan was without a terrace. what we didn't know. There was a stench in the living room connecting to the kitchen, it was not entirely clean.
