Great facilities, great views, great service

Inconsiderate people parking in front of our cabin and blocking our view despite the signs discouraging parking on the grass. Obviously walking short distances is too much of a effort nowadays.

I've always enjoyed my stays at Kimberleyland Waterfront Park, the staff and facilities are great. On this stay the road closed from flooding on the day I was due to leave and the staff were so helpful extending my stay for another night and even remade my room whilst I was out. I had trouble with the sliding door and they had it fixed straight away. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff you couldnt find friendlier staff any where else.

Stayed in a waterfront Villa direct at lake shore, large lawn. Large room and covered patio with BBQ. Fantastic view of lake and elephant rock. Large fridge and freezer. In general very nice and helpful staff.

Grumpy lady at reception, not helpful, does not do what she promised.

Cabin was big and lovely, well-appointed and waterfront location. It was very quiet.

Disappointed that our promised airport pickup didn’t happen because of a flight delay to arrive after 5pm, their office closing time. Key to the cabin didn’t work but a phone call to the emergency number had a new key delivered quickly. Internet only works close to the office.
