Astonishing view overlooking the bay and the village if you choose a room with seaview and balcony. Spacious room with wooden floor. Very good breakfast with much to chose from. Very nice restaurant in the evening aswell.

Needs more coffee-machines at breakfast, otherwise everything perfect!

the location of the hotel, in front of the beach is hard to be beaten. Our room looked into the beach which was a plus. the town is small so once you reach the hotel, you park and walk. There are tons of restaurants nearby which are excellent.

the service is not the best and were not happy to help us with a late lunch. Some help with the luggage would have been appreciated.

The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, and caring. The food in the hotel restaurant was so good! The view from the back of the hotel was gorgeous. The room had good wi-fi service and a nicely sized bathroom.

The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning, which wasn’t surprising, but the higher floors get quite hot and the room was very stuffy. The staff brought us a fan, which helped, but we had to leave the windows open all night which let in light, bugs, and only a little cool air.

The coffee machine in the breakfast room is too slow! There's always a line up.

As the hotel is situated in prime position on the beach front you can be sure that your stay will grant you the best of Lekeitio. As we visited in low season the main restaurant wasn't open, but the bar food was excellent and well executed.

Just a small thing, but the shower head in our room was somewhat worn and so didn't function as well as it should have done. Simply replacing it would solve this and everything else was either very good or excellent.

The big plus of this hotel is the location - right on the beach, with a lovely terrasse overlooking the water. There are a few others places in the town, but not many. Seaview rooms are practically impossible to obtain here.

Like all this part of northern Spain, (restaurant) food can be hard to find once the Spanish school holidays end. And if you're hungry outside their rigid opening hours: tough luck. The hotel is the same. We paid for a room upgrade to have a balcony - they gave us this tiny little thing which was useless. There were other rooms seemingly available with much larger balconies, but no. The rooms facing away from the sea are quite noisy due to the road and local driving habits (i.e. as noisy and fast as possible). Service on the terrace was quite spotty - plainly it's hard to find experienced waiting staff or maybe the hotel doesn't want to pay reasonable rates.

An amazing seafront location in Lekeitio, right next to the beach and 5mins walk from bars and restaurants. The location is unique and when you see it, you will realise there can be no better place for a hotel in Lekeitio! The town itself is small but feels quite busy even in October - it is still a relaxing place to stay. but isn't a sleepy seaside village. Friendly and helpful staff. Very classy decor and a lot of attention to detail. Also there is a terrace (inside and outside) with a great sea view, as well as a large lounge. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but did have pinxtos from the bar - tasty and good value.

Parking arrangements could be clearer - there is parking on site but it's 15EUR per night - or you can go out to one of the large free public car parks (700m-1km away). Breakfast is 17EUR if reserved in advance but only 12EUR if booked on the premises - quite a lot for continental breakfast. Also, our room was just over the bar, and in late afternoon and evening we could hear music from the bar - however this was turned down very quickly when we mentioned it.

The best position within this delightful coastal resort, being situated in the heart of the town next to the cathedral and only moments from the marina. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly and we soon checked into our first floor room that had a full width balcony overlooking the beach, marina and island. The room was of a good size with ample room for storage and tea/coffee making facilities, as well as a mini bar. The sumptuous bathroom had both a bath and a double shower cubicle. The spa area is in the basement with a lovely saline swimming pool, jacuzzi, well equipped gym and relaxation areas. We only ate breakfast at the hotel that offered a excellent buffet selection of hot and cold choices. The spacious public areas and terrace and very well furnished and the bar provides reasonably price and a good selection of drinks and light bites.

our room was facing the road and not the sea and was very noisy one of the nights with loud music.

The location is right on the beach. The bed was very large and comfortable and lovely spotlessly clean bathroom with big fluffy towels. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

I thought I had booked a sea view room but we got a room facing the road and car parking area (city view). This was my problem for not checking the booking details. The room was airless and warm at 32c outside temp. The small window was in full sun all day. The ceiling fan helped but we were glad to escape to fresh air. A nice breakfast restaurant ovelooking the sea. Carpets and white table cloths seem a little old fashioned for a seaside hotel - more could be done to add atmosphere. 18 euros a day for car parking.

absolutely BOILING in the rooms on the 3rd floor in the roof rafters, and no air con (although they had provided a Dyson fan to try and help)

Waking up with a beautiful sunrise and the sound of the waves is heaven. It is a beautiful hotel with very kind staff. I can highly recommend taking a massage or body treatment at their spa, the lady was very kind and my skin has never been softer.

With the heatwave it got hot in the rooms without airconditioning, when sleeping open with the windows we some nights heard some noises, the glass recycling bins or some drunk teenagers on the beach.
