In general facilities are pleasant and functional. Everything is used quite a bit, but ok. You can find everything you need in the kitchen. Gas BBQ has enough heat (compare with Weber). Water in pool was pleasant, didn't feel too many chemicals. Air conditioners in all rooms, managed to cool all rooms quickly. Sunbeds are quite simple, but light and comfortable.

DON'T MAKE OUR MISTAKE! We were travelling with small kids and looking for calm place, away from main street and pubs. What we didn't realize is that this place is located right next to big hotel. Sun-Thu you get music from hotel from ~21:00 till 23:00. Fri-Sat you get music until 02:00 in the morning at levels where you can't find a single room in villa to sleep. This place also has "no party" policy and according to feedback from office this means that guests are allowed to play music at levels when only they hear it, not other guests. In practice it's not controlled by local staff (which is also not present on site after midnight). There were parties with outdoors speakers, subwoofers and karaoke. If not music, then it's drunk guests screaming, talking loud, singing songs until 5am. Windows provide close to zero noise insulation, so you can enjoy all of it in bedroom. Local staff said it's ok and did not intevene. Contacting office was more helpful with stopping some parties, at least until last day when we heard that other guests came for holiday and complained about not being able to play music. As a result we had to enjoy it. Putting kids to sleep was impossible during the day. During 10 day stay, we had only couple days without parties. There is a higher chance of getting one during work days, on weekend it's A PURE PARTY PLACE! This might not be a place for people afraid of large flying cockroaches. Once it gets dark outside, you can expect some visiting you in both garden and inside the house (we used nets on windows, but there are lots of holes in them) Notice that pictures of Villa nr 9 garden are old. There is a staff building built right inside the garden. it pretty much takes all the lawn that you can see on pictures.

Big, lovely house with a private pool. Nice location in a closed and secure quarter near the beach which we could see from the windows. Only one neighboring house, so lots of peace and quiet. There are three bedrooms, three toilets/bathrooms, outside BBQ, sunbeds, outdoor dining table, a/c in all rooms. Dishwasher and washing machine are useful for self-caterers. Host ladies are helpful. Clean linen and towels were provided after three days, pool was kept clean.

Parking place for the car is very narrow, so don't rent a big car. Sometimes there wasn't enough hot water to shower, but the host ladies helped with the problem. Coffee machine is very small, so maybe bring your own press coffee maker

The private garden and pool, the position and the villa itself with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The villa is in a complex supervised 24/24 and this is a great plus.

The staff responsible for the house should not be coming into the house without asking for permission while people stay in it and you should let the renters stay alone and not keep coming and conplayning about the noise while they do not make that much noise in regular time schedule!

Well equipped villa, located in a private and quiet complex, it has a nice garden with terrace and swimming pool. They are providing towels for the pool, and changing the bed linen and towels often.

There is a noisy water pump that starts every 5 minutes. The parking lot is quite narrow, you should rent a small - medium car.

Perfect spacious villa with nice swimming pool and terrace, we have spent a lot of time outdoors. Good location, close to the beautiful beaches, viewpoints (Sea Caves), shops, restaurants - all within 5-10 minutes drive.
