Un endroit parfait, rien n'à dire le personnel très souriant, et agréable l'endroit très propre le plus à côté de tout commerce, gare routière bus, je recommande fortement cet établissement, vous ne serez pas déçus++++++

Ubicación,limpieza,desayuno,parking para clientes.Zona tranquila para descanso.La piscina no la utilizamos,aunque estaba operativa.
Lo único negativo a destacar es el olor que habia en la habitación donde estaba la pequeña cocina.Nosotros no la usamos para nada(no estaba en nuestros planes),pero debido a usos anteriores la habitación,cortinas, paredes etc...tienen olor a comida.Ventilamos la habitación,pero no era suficiente. Optamos por comprar un ambientador que disimuló un poco el problema.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the city center and Leiria Castle. Also there is a skate park, kids playground, football ground and basketball court right in front of the hotel, so lots of activities are available if you're staying with the kids. The hotel has free underground parking and a great pool on the roof. The rooms are basically fully equipped apartments with kitchen and spacious rooms. On top of that there is a great breakfast available. We enjoyed staying there a lot, my kid was super happy with all the activities in the pool and playground, will definitely come once again.
I liked everything, the only thing is that sometimes the pool started to become less clean, which is understandable due to the amount of people who enjoy the stay in the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice that you could help yourself to as many times as you liked. Really lovely! The view from the top of the hotel by the pool was great of Leiria and the apartment was well kitted out and spacious. There was a supermarket just opposite which was extremely helpful and underground parking attached to the hotel. Could easily have stayed longer.
There were one or two stains on one of the bed's outside cover and not enough plugs generally.

Excellent location. The staff is very professional and ready to help with everything you need. Everything clean and cozy. The gym was great. Also the pool on the roof.

The room was huge and super clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is very good.
My only suggestion would be a real coffee machine for breakfast and not only this Nescafé ones. Apart from this, everything perfect

The entire staff was extremely nice, friendly & extremely helpful. The room & bathroom were very roomy & clean. Bed was very firm but not uncomfortable. We were on the 7th floor and had a beautiful view of the Leiria Castle up on the hill. Breakfast was also an excellent value. Good selection of food & drinks. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The only recommendation would be to replace the shower curtain since it was moldy and smelled bad.

Next to a demolition site, opposite a football pitch and skate park. Noisy all night.
Walls really thin. Old shower curtains and leaking bath, not enough toilet rolls and towels. Only one key card given between 3 people.

The location is excellent. We enjoyed walking around downtown without driving. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well organized.
The bed mattress was hard.

Great location, very kind staff, spacious room
The pool area and the sun teracce were completely abandoned, despite the it has great potential. Also the rooms were clean, but the hotel was not maintained. No tea or coffee in the room, which is expected from 4 star hotel

Location; size of the room; cleanliness; availability of receptionist for the time of arrival, opening of garage gate, etc. It was also nice we could have payed at the reception instead of by credit card (which we don't have).
The only downsize I can think of is that we had to go to ask the receptionist for dish soap and a sponge as the cleaning of dishes before leaving was not included in the price. This says enough, how happy we were.

Location was great if your staying to explore Leiria. Right across the street from the river walk, many restaurants and cafes just steps away. A playground across the street was nice for the kids. Free parking on site. Staff was available 24/7. Our accommodations was like a 2 bedroom apartment, more than enough for a family of four. Rooftop pool was very nice. Photo is from the hotel roof.
Rooftop bar was not staffed and no built in USB charging in the room.

The room was big and equipped with the kitchenette. Great view right on the castle. The hotel also prepared the nice sauna for us. The receptionist also shared a city map and recommended some charming spots to see. Very delightful bar at the roof.
