Great location

Extremely noisy Extremely small room

The room was clean and indeed it was cleaned every day. But the tbathroom was awful, like built on (see not built in) the floor of the room and the wardrobe was very small.

Initially, it was a problem getting in as I was not sent the entry code. But staff were very good and they offered me a breakfast to make up for the massive inconvenience and they cleaned the room well after and the staff were nice and actually it turned out really fine in the end and I will for sure stay there again. It is also a very good location and overall all was good staying there.

The room was probably their smallest room and had very little space. But I got used to it in the end and it had a cute balcony so all was good in the end. They have different size rooms many much bigger. But it was all good in the end I got used to the small room it was fine

Staff was friendly. Location was great. Room adequate size for solo traveler. Daily cleaning service.

Finishings in the room we’re not too well done. Rooms facing Jaffa street can be very noisy at night because of the neighboring bars. On Saturday night the music can be quite loud and stretch late into the night. chair on the varanda was covered in dust.

easy walk to the old city. very good breakfast offered at the ‘sister’ hotel located 2-3 min walk away

the location is great, close to train, close to Gate Jaffa.

The room was dirty. I had to move the bed to get my keys out which had fallen out and found that under the bed was full of dust (looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks)

my room had no deadbolt. they assured me I was fine. but someone entered at 3am. there is no one there at night. I called the emergency number and a nice man moved me to another of their hotels. Frightening!

There is a restaurant in the courtyard, where festivities take place periodically! Another repair of the neighboring building did not let me sleep! I turned to the staff, they promised to fix everything, but the next day everything happened again! (

The location is close to the old town, everything is within walking distance.)

Located in the city center. Many closets to put things.

The hotel is located next to a club/pub so it's very noisy during the night. Difficult to sleep.

Great location, just few metres from Jaffa street and tram. The room looked nice according to lower price.

I had some issues with wifi but later in the evening everything was smooth. It was quite cold in the room and the air condition was quite weak to heat the room. But mostly we liked the hotel.

the room had a small window that communicated with probably an accomodation for students and they partied until 2a.m. There is nobody at the reception after 11pm so i couldn't tell them. cannot recommend in case you need rest
