Amazing place even off season ! Provence charm with 5* smiles & service everywhere - Boris at reception treating us like VIP - large rooms spotless with views & quiet - so clean & even free water bottles everyday. Huge indoor heated pool & Jacuzzi/Sauna. Breakfast fresh & large healthy choice (fresh fruit even in Feb) with service & smiling friendly people. Paradise for golfers & non golfeurs - nice walking paths to take your small dog. The value for money is exceptional for this area. Perfect location - 5 km to Port d’Alon calanque for nature & azur blue swimming - 10km to many authentic villages in hillside Le Castellet Medieval - Bandol seaside promenade - Sanary & Cassis ports A+++ 5*****

Landscape is beautiful

Hotel was built over 30 years ago and needs a serious renovation. Many walls have lot of humidity and paint is gone. Some facilities in the spa and swimming pool area are in really bad shape. Shower in the changing room was broken. Most plants inside the hotel are not natural, are made of plastic. Unexpected for a four star hotel.

First accommodation offered was not acceptable but we were moved to a fabulous apartment and had a wonderful stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The pool complex was excellent. Considering this is an industry hard hit by the pandemic the hotel coped brilliantly

Difficult to find information about the restaurant but accept that that had a lot to do with the aftermath of the pandemic.

It was amazing, our bedroom was so beautiful and the landscape was wonderful. We spent a great moment with my wife, and the breakfast was very good as well. Thank you for everything 🤩

The general quality of the place is a bit run down and deserve a good make over... no simple access to the pool for strollers. one of the elevator was broken and staff did not know if or when it would be fixed...

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to a wedding we were attending and has an amazing golf course. The facilities are nice and the room was adequate but they are stretched way too thin with staffing. They had take a big group from FIFA and the rest of us hotel guests were treated second rate. FIFA had a full buffet for lunch and dinner everyday but as hotel guests we were told by the only open restaurant for lunch @ the golf club that there was no hot food because the chefs had gone to work for the FIFA buffet. On their booking homepage and on Instagram there is also a full poor snack bar open. This was closed as it’s not ‘peak season,’ and so even to get a drink by the pool, you had to leave the pool and walk all the way back to the golf. For a 4* hotel the level of food options is appalling. There’s no luggage porters as well so on check in if you’re room is on the golf side ‘bastide’ it’s a proper journey through the car park in the heat without even an offering to help.

The food offering and actual transparency on what facilities are open off season. The hotel was full apparently (because of FIFA) so their facilities should be open.

Front desk could at times be a bit more friendly. The welcome could be improved but otherwise nothing was negative.

Area was beautiful

The old lady from the kitchen/breakfast staff. She was extremely rude and we witnessed her yelling at her supervisor. Absolutely absurd behavior, disgusting experience for all of us. We only asked if there was omelet bar and her reaction was the worst I’ve seen in my 46 years.

The view at breakfast and dinner time was breathtaking! Also the service during breakfast was good.

Some people behind the reception were not very kind, especially Caroline was not helpful and kind at all. When we checked out, they did not ask about our stay. The restrooms at the pool where old and rusty and we could not close the door properly of one toilet. For the price we pay, we hoped to feel more welcome. Breakfast was good but may have included more lactose and gluten free options.
