Room and bathroom size

Very modern, beautifully decorated, literally in front of the train station, so you don't have to walk a lot or take a taxi. The way to the thermal waters is about 20 minutes walking.

The beds are way too soft. But maybe also a thing for one selbst to determine. Spa not included and with a price of around 65€ pro hour Breakfast repetitive, ALWAYS the same, they never changed a thing

It was a comfortable, relaxing room to enjoy after a day at the spa. The breakfast was very yummy.

Euskirchen is not a nice town to stay; breakfast is crowded, too few seatings and not very extensive; Guests are a little too empathic encouraged to book directly; Parking garage is charged additionally and expensive (€24,- for two nights)

Difficult parking - to find and very narrow spaces

Room was large. Included breakfast was outstanding.

Facility is a bit worn

Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Excellent food and service. Possibility to park right under the hotel with direct access to the lobby.

The pilows are uncomfortable

Very spacious room, good breakfast, underground parking garage (it will cost you additional 12 € per night).

The staff were all very polite and friendly. I was greeted by name each time I entered the hotel reception desk which was very nice and personal. It really did make me feel welcome. I didn't have breakfast, only a coffee. It was a busy time in the breakfast room and with only one coffee machine the queue was long, particularly when people were getting drinks for the whole table. It would be helpful if there was more than one machine. The bathroom facilities were excellent.

It was disappointing to find no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. When I asked why was told it was something to do with safety/hot water. This seemed strange to me, as nearly all hotels I have ever stayed in have a small kettle and/or coffee machine, Since there wasn't coffee/tea making options in the room we tried to order room service at around 7:00 am only to be told that it wasn't available, but would be later. This was disappointing. Also, the sauna (one of the reasons we booked this hotel) was only open from 10:00am and was not available when we asked about it at check in to use later in the day. Since we are early risers we had hoped to use it prior to checking out which we did early.

We upgrade the room so yes we had a good room but we were actually very disappointed!

First of all we had at 04.30 in the morning a fire alarm! is normal like everybody has to go out of the hotel that's not the issue, when you have a 4months old child is not so pleasant and guess what 4 cars of the fire department were at the scene together with 2 cars of police and ambulances. After one hour and a half hour we can go back to the room because it wasn't any fire it was just a malfunction of the electric system.(ok it can happen). we go back to sleep and at 8 o'clock the alarm starts again so the same story again. Another thing to be mentioned is the terrible breakfast... this supposed to be a 4stars hotel! one small thing to realize is that it was only one coffee machine and 30 people were waiting to get the morning coffee... almost everything wasn't ready...we had to wait 20 min for some eggs and no vegetables it was only one cucumber not even cut!!! we had to cu it ourselves! now I understand why this was the only hotel free around the thermae!

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, the rooms setup was cute as it was our wedding night.

AirCon did not work properly (in any room), it was way too hot. Also cheeky to add costs for another (second) person when I booked a double room. I understand it was in the description but not very clear to be honest.

Big room with comfortable bed and good breakfast.
