Frühstück war reichlich und lecker und es war für jeden Geschmack was dabei.Badezimmer hatte eine angenehme Grösse.

Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof,dort wurde grad gebaut und es ging schon früh los mit Baulaerm aber da kann ja das Hotel nichts für.

Zimmer war gut.Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Zentrum.Alles gut zuerreichen. Frühstück war super. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden,also alles was man braucht.

vielleicht wäre ein kleiner Tisch im Zimmer von Vorteil. Der Mülleimer im Zimmer wurde in dieser Zeit nicht einmal geleert.(3 Tage 2 Nächte)Vielleicht hätten wir es extra einfordern müssen.

Located very close to the station which serves both regional trains and the Harzer Schmalspurbahn.

Lack of airconditioning. Non-functional outlet right next to bed. Staff speaking close to no English.

Hotel located between railway and a road but the room was very quite and you could not hear any traffic. Free car park next to the hotel. Bright and clean room, newly built or renovated. Breakfast okay.

Breakfast was okay but we would have liked more fresh vegetable options, not just a very wet tomato/onion salad and a cucumber salad. Also scrambled eggs could be just scrambled eggs and doesn't have to have ham or mushrooms in it.

the bathroom was tidy, the breakfast quality was good, the hotel would have potential to improve beyond average if they want to, parking lots crowded but at least separated from street

they wrote me several times to rate the stay to have the chance to improve. we wrote the management about issues but never received a reply. so we wont ignore the rating request and will post it right here. the breakfast was a brute force battle. fight for a seat, fight for every empty cup, for every sip of juice, for every slice of bread. we have the impression this might be same on ballermann beach where they behave like that. not quiet it was nor cosy. room walls thin like paper where you could understand next rooms chat or other things happening there...spider on the ceiling according to the spider web resting there longer than just a few days

Nice location and close to city center. The room was super clean. All of the staff were friendly. We definitely recommend it.

Situation is near old town, only couple of minutes to walk. Parking area good for cars and motorbikes. We overnight just renovation room, clean and warm in winter. Exelent breakfast….

Smoking area was in somewhere downstears, smells come to corridor..

Nice hotel, possible late check- in. Freandly staff. We checked-in late, stuff sent clear instructions how to get th e hotel. Big parking. Good location. Good breakfast :).

Some strange noice time to time appeared from heating radiator (R 05).

The room in general is worn out, beds are far too soft, breakfast very poor. The place looks much better on pictures than it is in reality

It was a very cold and rainy day, about 5-6'C at low temperature. My room was very very cold and I spent a night with a thin summer blanket. Heating system was not operated. Breakfast was so so and fruit was an only out-of-dating watermelon.

Location excellent. Caroark on the property was helpful and easy to park in. Delicious breakfast, staff friendly. Method for entry after hours was acceptable. A small boutique and friendly hotel.

Communication by email was only in German (not English). Email re access after hours was not clear or timely.

A very beautiful and authentic hotel, newly renovated and good breakfasts. Parking near the hotel is free.

Some parts of the floor were not clean. Other than that, everything went great!

being expected to put on a face mask at breakfast was absurd - but just like my experience on German trains. We have moved on in England but I bet in 5 years time Germans will still be told to put on face masks!

The bathroom is new and clean, towels were also in good conditions.

It is a regional hotel, there is no coffee, there is not option to eat at breakfast if you are intolerant to gluten and lactose (for example I didn't see eggs). The customers are mostly old and intolerant to foreigners. I left the hotel, return the key and there was not words from the staff, she said nothing to me, no even "Auf Wiedersehen".

We loved the breakfast, the location and the friendly staff. The bathroom was impressive big if you compare with the room ...

The room was looking like a room from the old cowboy movies.. old fashioned and definitely needed a refurbishment, mainly the beds, the bed-sheets, the carpet .. everything was clean, but may be 50 or more years old.

Great location and breakfast, few steps away from the main station and easy to reach from the beautiful old town. Rooms are comfortable.

We booked for 6 persons-3 couples. Each room had double bed, bed size is okay for two people. Since we had group booking they gave a different room for Breakfast, it was little annoying that each time you to have to cross 50meters to get your food. Overall there were variety of foods - Vegetarian, Meat. We all like the Breakfast menu. Location was just 5 mins walk from Train station and also 15mins walk to city center.
