Beautiful Italian hotel in the hills overlooking Florence. Fabulous garden area to enjoy a glass of wine. Lovely outdoor patio area to enjoy breakfast and restaurant. superb attentive staff. very relaxing.

The villa/hotel is very well placed, 10-15 minutes by car from Florence city center. We did not take the bus, but the bus station is basically a few meters from the villa if you don’t have a car. It has a huge terrace with several lounge sets which is great if you want to drink coffee in piece or heave a toddler (like we had) who can play around carelessly. The restaurant has also a big terrace with a great view at Florence. We found FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole to be a great destination nearby Florence from which you can experience the city centre every day but also have a possibility to retreat from the hustle of the city.

The hotel is near the road, therefore the cars and/or motorcycles that pass by can be very loud occasionally.

The view is amazing, the lady receptionist is super kind and helpful. I recommend it and will visit again.

Interent speed was very slow unfortunately.

Loved the location overlooking Florence and away from the crowds. Loved that the local bus stop was just outside the hotel…a 20:minute ride straight to San Marco.

This was our favourite stay on our recent trip to Florence. It was like home from home. The view of Florence in the distance was lovely and we had this view from our rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was lovely. It was very clean and modern/traditional with a homely feel. The staff were fantastic.

There wasn't much not to like. It is I guess low season so the bar/restaurant area was not made up and prepared for guests. We ordered a bottle of champagne and it would have been nice to have some nibbles or someone to come and top up our champagne, but it didn't appear to been prepared for us sitting there. But this is a very minimal issue in such a lovely stay.

Small but comfortable rooms with nice view of city below. Very clean and attractive decor. Good restaurant and helpful staff. Excellent value

Our 3rd stay here and nothing needs improvement but for the bus stop going down to the city is very dangerous with no way to avoid being directly exposed to traffic on a curve. No place to stand safely , my wife who is quite athletic fell on some irregular pavement and could easily have been killed or severely injured by oncoming traffic. Guests should be warned about this and some remedy found such as allowing passengers going down to board bus in its way up to Fiesole where the bus stop is much safer.

Excellent hotel and stunning location, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel in great spot to walk and explore Fiesole or get a bus to explore Florence. Lovely views from the hotel terrace. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

Excellent location overlooking Florence. The staff were extremely helpful and tried to accommodate every personal requirement; they too were excellent.

Everything was excellent. The only small criticism was the restaurant menu. This was good but the same each evening throughout the week, so a greater variety of choice would have helped.

We loved everything about the hotel. The hotel is lovely with beautiful views. The staff are wonderful, everyone is very Friendly , polite and efficient.
