Very pleasant and helpful staff, even the gents in the garage sorting our parking slot. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Just a little way out from all the sights we wanted to visit as it was very warm, but not a serious issue.

We liked the hotel room, it was clean and comfortable and we liked the location as we could park and walk. We would stay there again if we were in the area. Tony and Sue Abbey

There was nothing that we did not like

This was my 4th stay at Sercotel Alfonso XIII. The room is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. There is a great selection of options at breakfast. I would defintely recommend the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping, bar staff and ladies on reception were all really friendly.

Parking - this is the only inconvenience with the hotel, on every stay I have been unable to park at the hotel car park as it has been full each time, the hotel does offer a discount at the closest public car park, which is good, but I often had to park further away at another car park where the discount does not apply, so I was often driving around looking for parking spaces.

The WiFi connnection was unstable in the 7th floor, unable to perform videoconferences

The location was good, just a little walk to the old town and to the seafront. The garage was very useful. The room was functional, very plain but it and bathroom had everything you would need. someone else reviewed it as a business hotel which is probably fair. We had breakfast in the hotel, the choice and quality of food were very good offering both hot and cold options.

Like a lot of other Spanish hotels they want your money as soon as you step inside the hotel rather than putting a reserve on your card, this means you pay for the room on arrival then the next morning you have to pay again for any extras from the bar and mini-bar and for the parking, total waste of time, need to get into the 21st century, surprising as this is a business hotel.

The air conditioning wasn’t very good

The hotel is clean and offers free parking. It’s close enough walking distance to the old town. very comfortable for a 1 night stay.

My room was a bit dark as it looked out on the inside of the building. The basin in the bathroom didn’t drain properly. The staff member at check in wasn’t the friendliest.

Great choice for breakfast with something to suit all tastes. Staff very pleasant and friendly and drinks in the bar reasonably priced. Good sized room and comfy bed, only a 15 minute walk to the centre.

Everything was really good could not find a downside. Really could not fault the hotel or staff.
