El baño era amplio y el apartamento también.
HORRIBLE. No teníamos persiana porque estaban rotas vinieron a arreglarlo y no hicieron nada. De hecho las quitaron nos dijeron que teníamos unas cortinas y las cortinas eran transparentes y una de las camas estaba en el salón. El ventilador también estaba roto y apenas giraba a una velocidad muy pequeña, sin dar nada de aire . la puerta rota que no se podía cerrarse la habitación, a las 7:30 de la mañana empieza a darte el sol. El bufet no es muy variados y los empleados dejan de servirte la bebida, incluso comiendo . son demasiado exigentes con la hora de terminar el bufet. Algunos amables , otros ninguna amabilidad. Desde el primer día informamos de todos los problemas y no habido ninguna solución en cinco días. Comidas bastantes secas aveces incomibles. Y cambiaban el menú porque no les quedaba más y te ponías lo que a ellos les parecía.

W hotelu sieci Blue Sea bylam dwa razy, na Majorce I na Ibizie. Jest to hotel niskobudzetowy, Od ktorego nie oczekuje sie luksusow, ma po prostu splenic podstawowy cel - zadowalajacy stosunek wzglednej jakości do ceny. Natomiast w takim syfie Jak Callao Garden Nie byłam chyba nigdy, hotele w Afryce z 3 gwiazdkami byly na duzo wyzszym poziomie udogodnien I wszystkiego. Same pokoje byly czyste, Bez zarzutu. Bardzo duza przestrzen niezaleznych apartementow z formula all inclusive to z pewnoscia zaleta obiektu. Okreslenia ‘syf’ uzywam tutaj nieco w przenosni, majac na mysli cala infrastrukture hotelu.

Uczulenie objawialo sie rewolucja zoladkowa, Strasznie pieczeniem ust oraz jamy ustnej. Potwierdzaly to takze Moje wspolpodrozniczki.

El complejo está bien pero viejisimo
Los apartamentos son viejisimos, viaje con niña de 3 años que me daba hasta asco meterla al baño, hay bañeras mejores tiradas en la basura....no tiene bar para comprar algo al cabo del día, lo que llaman bar es una cantina para beber alcohol, con niños no vayan..

Very nice outside the property , I really enjoyed it ! Pool and flats very nice! The location good connection by bus but a bit far from las Americas , I recommend to rent the car, you are in the middle of las Americas and lots Gigantes , then you can really enjoy, parking available at the property! For the price i paid I recommend it and I’m sure I’ll return there!

The availability of 3 pools and sun beds was perfect. And you pay for reusable cups by placing a deposit that is returned after the visit. the workers were pleasant and helpful especially at the front desk.
The food was very bland, except one night. this is breakfast, lunch and dinner. On many nights there was only one person behind the bar which meant long queues for drinks

The pools were okay, but very cold, the staff were very good, but manager didn't speak English the apartment was spacious but needs up dating, cleaners were exceptional very

The location wasn't where we thought it was, okay if your looking for a quiet location but should be advertised as such, it misleads you into thinking you are going to Costa Adeje and we weren't the only ones to think this, the food was very repetitive and often very salty not much choice on deserts breakfast was the worst meal, with over cooked eggs runny beans and toasters that took forever to toast.
The apartment was falling apart ie kitchen cupboards, no kettle or toaster, we asked but took 4 days to receive one, the fridge was falling apart with no shelves in door to store bottles, information was not shared ie new year's eve meal, called gala but was the same as any other day except you got a blue paper table cloth, entertainment was very poor, bingo, kareoke or quiz and that only happened some nights, no daytime activities. For the majority of our stay they were doing building work in the apartment next to ours so had constant banging and drilling all day, it's also advertised as beach front but it's about a 15 min walk to nearest beach which is a little cove.

The selection of food was very poor, the breakfast was OK but the rest was very poor.
we had food intolerance which we advised when booking and the only solution offered was frozen gluten free bread ,which had to be microwaved, but tasted horrible.

The staff here were fantastic - always smiling, very friendly, always willing to help, attentive, all seemed to really like their job. Irene was brilliant at the evening entertainments. The 3 pools were great and the bar had a lot to offer. When the pool closed in the evening and before it opened in the morning, you can see the staff cleaning the areas. It also helped that they had a red flag and green flag to know when the pool could be used. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner were lovely - my favourite was lunch and dinner - but there was different selections every day and were delicious. The rooms, were what we expected from the photos posted online. We requested a quiet room with a sea view and it was great - we had a view of the pool area with the sea behind it - during the day you could see the people paragliding, boats sailing across and jetskis. Rooms were very clean.. we stayed in Camelias 4 room 227. The hotel is a short little walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Even though WiFi is offered, it wasn't very strong and wasn't picking it up unless close to reception or the restaurant. The room could have done with a kettle incase a hot drink was wanted in the evening after the bar closed.

Very nice architecture of the object, both visually and the layout of the appartements is well designed, each with a private terrace, 4 swimming pools to choose from, the service in the object is very kind, good location close to the beautiful beach, great idea with reusable personal cups
No option for double bed in the room (only two singles), furniture in the appartement were old and not in the best condition, no AC so was quite noisy while sleeping with open window - even far from the bar, the quality of the drinks and food was not so high (fine for this price, no big expectations)

The rooms were a good quality with awesome Atlantic views. Very close to a 4 star . Towel changes every other day staff were very pleasant and worked incredibly hard.
Pool was cleaned and tested everyday we could watch them from the balcony. and it was always hosed down
Plentiful drinks available on the all inc with breakfast being of the usual staple.
Entertainment was ok with the rep full of energy trying to engage lots of Spanish and English customers in some humoured activities.
Don`t stay here if you have mobility issues the steps are numerous .
We`d booked all inc though it was of an acceptable standard with the chefs doing they`re very best with what budget they had, we did struggle at times to find something to eat ..
but you pays your money and takes the chance

the beds were comfortable. the all inclusive was good value for money. the cleaning took place every two days and always smelt clean. we know the area anyway so it worked well for us. the pools were lovely and warm and clean. the staff were working long hours but were lovely. the food offered was great and lots of choice.
there was no air con so the rooms were too hot. there was a fan in the living room but not in the bedroom. the apartments need a huge update and the beds by the pool all need replacing. there needs to be more pool umbrellas in the heat.
