Vaso estava vazando água e ficava fazendo barulho, tampa estava solta, chuveiro fraco, tv não é smart.

Eu gostei do tamanho do quarto, da limpeza, do atendimento e do restaurante. O café da manhã não era particularmente espcial, mas atendeu plenamente as minhas necessidades.

A internet não funcionou direito. Acho que eles poderiam aderir ao consumo ecológico. Não tem o esquema que vemos em muitos hotéis da tolha no chão é para ser trocada e a que está pendurada não.

Le bâtiment et les meubles sont très usés. Le trafic est bruyant, l’eau pour la douche est pas très chaude.

Property needs maintenance. Leaking faucets, loose safety bar in shower seemed risky. Staff was not helpful for an early check in even though it was requested prior to arrival.

Amazing hotel and very clean. Really Friendly staff. Next to a large Mall so pretty useful. Definitely recommended.

The bed linen, the mattress and pillows were really confortable and soft. The breakfast was honest.

The noise of other guests and their children in the pool area, playing loud music and no staff to control it. The hidro was being used for little children and their countless toys. No peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was very disappointing after a long day of contacting the nature in the jungle. The air conditioning in the room was making an annoying noise as well.

Very comfortable rooms, with large bed, power showers, decent WiFi and a small kitchenette. The breakfast was very good; lots of variety and good coffee. The staff were all very friendly. A great place to relax after the jungle.

The swimming pool was full of dead flies when we went to use it and the outside area is tiny. There's literally 5 sunbeds, so it gets full very quickly. The kitchenette would benefit from a kettle and some basic utensils. We had to ask for plates and cutlery; only 2 glasses, a fridge and microwave are provided. Most of the TVs are not smart and so not useful to non Portuguese speaking guests.

Nice breakfast. Very safe zone in city, easy uber check-point.

Service is excellent, all employees are very kind. Rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is great great complete.

Elevator was out of service. One of the rooms we stayed on the 18th floor had a broken window which wouldn't close. Streets around are extremely noisy.

First person we met at check in could not speak English but we used Translator on cell phone.

Liked the location, facilities and overall amenities. Breakfast is good, but service has a lot of room for improvement. Staff is OK, but their attitude is passive and when asked they react very well. Room was very comfortable and large

The noise inside the rooms is terrible. The windows do not isolate external permanent noise. A/C position is not the best. I believe the lobby and the restaurant facilities are way too small for the size of the hotel
