Lovely hotel , views were spectacular. And the staff were very kind and helpful .

The main restaurant is one of the best in the Liguria region, just exquisite food and outstanding service.

The staff at breakfast was rude and unpleasant, making us feel like we needed to be in a hurry because she had to leave. I spoke to the hotel director immediately who i thing went and spoke to this person. My family and I have been coming to La Manuelina hotel for 25+ years but I'm not sure I'll stay at the hotel again.

Poor breakfast and same employee always there moaning when she see clients coming no air-conditioning and lot of rude words in there language but i Understand 6 languages and it happened i was understanding everything she said. Entrance for the hotel very dark from a small outside corridor next to the restaurant.... wasn't acceptable to use main entrance..... Nothing was working neither mini bar fridge or the room AC

During breakfast one should have coffee on his own and not ask the helper to do it for him.

Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel but it’s ok if you have a car. There is parking included in the rate and camogli beach is only 5’ drive. 40’ drive from portofino. The stuff and the reception were very nice. We only stayed 2 nights and we didn’t use the pool. I also haven’t stayed in other properties in this are so I can’t compare the value for money just comparing to other 4 star hotels.

I believe it’s a little expensive for what it is. The facilities are outdated and it doesn’t feel extremely clean. Plus we asked for a double bed and we got two beds stuck together. Finally the breakfast was very poor in my opinion.. the only fruits they had available were oranges… we are in Italy in august I would expect to see a good variety of summer fruits.

The bed mattress was a bit too firm to my taste. Breakfast choice not stellar.
