Läget och personalen var kanon.
Frukost perfekt.
Baren på rastgården mysig.
Gratis parkering är ett stort plus.
Vi bodde högst upp där var det väldigt varmt, det fanns ingen ventilation alltså ingen luft i rummet.

Perfect location, right next to the train/bus station. Super friendly staff. Very good ratio price/quality/location. Good choice for breakfast. Practicality-we'be been to fancier hotels that lacked hooks for towels or had dumb fancy showers leaking all over. Here there was no luxery but everything we needed like space to hang wet towels, space to put your own cosmetics etc. The room was tiny, but we were there just for one night and we were happy with it. Its a plus that it has a common kitchen and a darts room and board games-for the next trip with friends it's the perfect place
Would have liked a system to could open the window (though there is a ventilation thingy on it that u can regulate). The bed linens were clean, nothing to complain about- but maybe the pillows/matrasses need some fresh air/sun. Don't imagine anything groose, its i guess just being in between thick walls all the time. Some extra shelves if people are staying more than one night would be good, like the room have a lot of vertical place-i guess this applies to the old cells room, they have bigger rooms than the one we stayed

The establishment is very convenient to the train & bus station. Also not far from the centre of town and the water front. The breakfast was fine.
In truth I cannot really fault this hotel. .Perhaps the cost may have been a little bit on the high side in comparison with other establishments that I had stayed in.

The cell room. It was ridiculous to put a double bed in that size room. It took almost all the floor space. No space even to put the second suitcase. We had to leave it in the bathroom. VERY overpriced.

It feels like a simple hostel with a mini bathroom and is missing atmosphere. If anyone is really up for the prison story, than ok, but our room did not have prison feeling, just felt like a normal simple hostel. not comfortable and far too expensive for what it is.

Centrally located, easy check in, friendly service, clean room, good breakfast, and just a cool place overall.
There’s no AC and just a tiny window in our room, so even with a provided fan, the room was quite warm on a summer night. We were on the ground floor facing the bus terminal and train station, so it was somewhat noisy, even late into the evening, especially with the window open. Also, the hotel shut down at 21.00, so the reception area and bar were closed without the possibility for a cold drink or a night cap in the bar.

Interesting history of the building
There is no information for english-speaking customers that this is an ex-prison when you book it. I was really surprised that we had to spend a night in a cell. Interesting experience, but still nothing hinted to it on Booking for me.
