The hotel is at a higher level than other accommodation facilities in this category in Vietnam. Large, well-equipped room, 2 swimming pools and at least part of the staff speaking English. Prices in restaurants and wellness are high for local conditions, but still affordable compared to prices in Europe. The hotel offers organized tours of all the surrounding attractions. If you want to discover this beautiful place individually, they will give you the necessary information.

Some socialist practices. Waking up by the cleaning lady before 6am. Inadequate property maintenance. Breakfast only until 9am and the restaurant only until 10pm. But probably the most ill-mannered visitors of bus tours from China.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were great and always willing to help. A few language barriers here and there but nothing that couldn't be managed with a bit of patience. The big bathtub in the room was a bliss after traveling in the mountains of Vietnam for 4 days. The staff helped us a lot with recommendations in regards of which activities to do and which ones to skip as we didn't have time to do all of them and they really met our needs. We decided to extend our stay by one night and we booked a different (a bit cheaper) room but the staff offered to upgrade us. .

The outdoor swimming pool could use a proper bar where they make cocktails as at the moment they only sell bottles down there. The only cocktail bar was at 10th floor and I had to go and get my drinks from there and bring them to the pool

Where to begin.. First of all the staff were incredible; friendly, helpful, every one with a decent to fluent standard of English (As well as some other languages I heard Korean and Chinese too). Free shuttle bus to and from the bus/train station; we arrived a couple of hours early (Check in usually 14:00) but staff were happy to accommodate and managed to have our room ready by 12:00 sharp. We also received a free upgrade to the 5* suites! Now, the food. What can we say but amazing. Top quality standard all hours of the day; the chefs were happy to meet with guests and obviously had a real passion for their craft. Often fancy hotel or restaurant food is not quite worth the price tag but in this instance I can definitely say it was (the beef with pepper sauce is a personal favourite). Facilities. We had full access to the library, both swimming pools, a tennis/badminton court, and the billiards room, complete with a poolside bar. There was also a spa which was discounted for guests, although unfortunately we did not have time to try it out. The swimming pools were clean and spacious, with pool attendants handing out towels on entry. The room. Our room was quite simply incredible. The usual TV, free water, fruit and tea/coffee set was complimentary; however we also had access to 05:00-22:00 room service and a mini bar. The bathroom was excellent and boasted a large shower and even a bath! (Very rare for VN). Overall we couldn't be happier with the quality of service; we came away feeling refreshed and ready to get back to busy day-to-day work life. A special thanks to all the staff and Mr. Hung for making us feel so welcome, we look forwards to seeing you again. Post note: apologies for the lack of photos, it did not cross our minds as we were having too much fun!

I'm not really sure. If there was one thing I would liked to have seen it would have been the Sky Bar at the top of B block. However this was currently undergoing refurbishment so understandably we were not able to go.

The hotel was just beautiful! I loved the room and the wonderful service for food and hospitality. I was greeted warmly each morning by the team at the hotel. I ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and also drank a few beers in the evenings. All were served with the most wonderful smiles. I simply loved sitting outside mornings and evenings with either coffee or beer(s) enjoying the evening. The room was wonderful. I really loved the cleanliness and bed. The bathrooms are just beautiful too. Really nice hotel to stay in in Ninh Binh with wonderful staff and hospitality.

Friendly and helpful staff. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. A full size bathtub was a sight for sore eyes after days of travelling.

Breakfast was limited with just a few selections due to covid. I look forward to the day when all their services return to normal.

They informed us, that because the guests were not enough to have the buffet breakfast, we would have ala carte instead. We’re just lucky that the owner of the hotel and his family arrived unexpectedly so they arranged buffet breakfast for a few guests immediately. I find the room big and the bed very comfortable.

Our first night was so disappointing as they turned off the a/c and the tv didn’t work. When we complained, they just said it’s because of the system. At first the staff said he couldn’t adjust the a/c because there were a few Viet guests on the same floor (I assumed they don’t like cool rooms like the majority of locals). Finally, after insisting for comfort, the staff asked the technician to turn into cool mode (for us it’s just warm). However, in the middle of the night, they turned off the a/c! We ended up waking up sweaty! We really wanted to move to another hotel, but we had an early tour the next day and didn’t have time to transfer.

the hotel is clean and modern, the facilities are very good, and all staff is great! They treat us like we were the owners of the Hotel, and they had great arrangements for our romantic anniversary dinner. The whole experience definitely exceeded our expectations!

Only one very little drawback. The maintenance of a few facilities could be improved, but this definitely did not impact at all on our overall experience

Bathroom is big, but design is a bit confusing. If you use shower that’s separate from bathtub, you will wet the mat. Far from everywhere, no restaurants or market around hotel. If you’re looking for lively surrounding, better stay at Tam coc. Doesnt have ox cart riding anymore, but the hotel website still has this shown Breakfast end faster, at 9am
