Pool was great. they have large pool and you could order food from pool, but they have limit drink option. they only have beer from the pool. you can not order frozen drink or cocktail from the pool. Hotel location is great. you could walk to most of places you need from this hotel. it is next to large mall. you have access to many large and small supermarket. walkable to many different restaurants and stores. They are only few blocks away. you could walk to central from this hotel, but hotel is far enough that you don't have to deal with bad side of central environment. you could get taxi easily from the hotel, night and day. Cucuta does not have major public transportation like bogota or Medellin, but they have many microbus transporting people in cucuta. and most of this microbus stop at the mall next to the hotel. I felt hotel area is safe enough to walk around at night time. Check-in and Check-out was quick.

because hotel is next to one of the biggest mall in cucuta. traffic can be very bad in this area. sometime walking is faster than taking taxi. this is old hotel and you could definitely see and feel the age of the hotel. sometime hotel elevator stop working. some room refrigerator does not work. My room had hot-tub but it was not hot. it was barely feel warm. I wish they could clean the pool more frequently. pool water always seems dirty. breakfast is very bad here. they have very limit option and almost everything run out. some of the hotel restaurant food is okay but some food are just terrible.

breakfast was fine but for the size of the hotel, kinda poor, more options should be available. Location is very central and close to malls and different resources. Not so many typical/traditional food options in the neighborhood

too noisy neighborhood, bad isolation, in any wing of the hotel you can hear people talking from the street or from the numerous bars and pubs around, party is unstoppable. SO not nice for a good rest or sleep.

Pool facilities and water were too dirty. Restaurant doesn't work for dinning, you have to go outside or order a delivery.

Excellent location, close to downtown (city center) and to a large mall and restaurants area. The breakfast was OK. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Some renovation might be needed, but it was fully operational.

The hotel is very well located, next to Ventura shopping mall and close to many cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and public transportation. Hotel rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The Pool area is nice and hotel facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay in spite of looking a bit dated. Staff was also helpful and friendly, always willing to assist customers with their requests.

Breakfast options are limited and could be better, compared to the standard in Cucuta. External, street noise can be heard in the rooms facing the street (rooms don't have good noise insulation), some common areas need an update to make them look better. This hotel has a lot of potential to be much better.
