Location was pretty good, close to transit and fun streets with restaurants and bars
Room was spacious for a hotel room
Staff was nice
Room had stains on the carpet and a very subtle odor of sewage from the bathroom.
Microwave was in the lobby
There was only a single washing machine and you had to book it

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious, even had a little couch too. shops, convenience and station were close by. would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Sendai.

Central location yet quiet.
The laundry room and equipment needs extensive cleaning. The room is serviceable but the furniture is weathered and the upholstery threadbare. Hair was seen stuck to the headboard on check in.

difficult to get there if you do not know the place. cold and heating not working properly. dirty walls and sealing. doors from corridor opened whole night to most probably reduce smell . worst hotel on our 7 day trip and not the cheapest one …

Staf on reception were nice.
There were no parking in hotel, but there are a lot of payment parking places near hotel.
The staf in restaurant was very unfriendly at all.
All bathroom's facilities were in the lobby.
In the bathroom only was a very cheap shampoo and body soap, better not to use it...)))
The price for this type of hotel is high.

The location was good and the price was fair. The room is relatively spacious compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The room I stayed was a non-smoking one. However, it still smells cigarettes.

Shower head couldn’t be placed at the top of the shower without a huge mess from the water spraying the wall. Bedroom was very small for 3 beds and the AC did not blow. Alarm clock didn’t work and tv had adult shows that were not very well sensored!!!!!

Compared to my normal sleep setup of a futon on the floor, the bed was great. The A/C was perfect. The daily necessities provided were adequate. The staff was very friendly, fast, and professional, too! I booked a smoking room because it was the last available, but it didn't smell as bad as expected.
The water pressure for just about everything in the bathroom was poor. Also, There was one outlet all the way across the room. Bringing long cords or your own USB hub is recommended.
