absolut nichts !!!!
Der Preis stand in keinerlei Relation zu einem gewissen Komfort. Hier war einfach alles schlecht.
Bokkin.com sollte dieses Hotel nicht mehr anbieten.
3.5
Nice property with swimming pool and beach
The junior suite was very nice but close to an outside metalic stairs very very noisy when people were going up/down the stairs. The sheets were not very clean and the bathroom switchs and handles were really dirty. This is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. The 'governante' who checked our room did not do a good job. I also requested if it would be possible to get a 'simple' breakfast instead of the buffet and was told it was not therefore we did not take any breakfast there.

Great value for money. The room was in the lower price bracket and exceeded my expectations.
Pool was great with very good food and drink service. Access to the beach was a bonus.
Restaurant was a great view and location. Lovely spot for a sunset dinner. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
Sun beds on the beach would have been a bonus.

No loungers on the beach

the property was maintained great, it looked like a 5* and the view was amazing.
it was expensive for the location, there wasn’t much to do around the property without driving out and didn’t feel it was worth the money it cost. not much atmosphere at the hotel.
4.5
Quiet. Sea view. Helpful staff. Interesting architecture.
Closer to Samay center .

The only good thing about this Hotel ist the very friendly staff
Where to begin…?
The Spa is only available if you book a slot in advance and make a reservation - WHAT?! this is described as a „Spa Hotel“ - Don‘t get fooled by the descriptions…of course if you stay there only for one night there won‘t be slots left to reserve.
Then the rooms- paper thin walls where you can hear you neighbors talk in the other room or do something else, it feels like as if you are right there with them.
You can hear guests in the hallway roll their luggage anytime.
The Shower has very low pressure - it‘s like one of those showers you have on these Islands in the Caribbean ocean - just in France.
The bed we had was so worn out you could feel the Springs on your back.
The Beach is really really small and rocky - don‘t get fooled by the pictures.
All in all: If hotels could „catfish“ - THIS would be the perfect description for it…
NO THANK YOU! - Maybe for 100€ less per night.
There is more but just read the negative comments from other guests on here and TRUST their opinion.

We were given a tiny bed, pillows smelled bad, linen had holes in it… our rooms door was towards a public balcony so we couldn’t open the door nor use it.

Nice clean rooms
Very nice pool area
Very helpful staff on the reception (speaks good English as well which was important bonus for us)
Our room was very generously sizes and nicely decorated - but then it had disproportionally small wardrobe and bath clearly suffered from some water damage (sealant basically disintegrated at the bottom); also poor soundproofing.
Outdoor pool area is very nice, but the water is quite chilli (at least mid-September) - so more like a water feature than a pool.
Technically there is a beach right next to hotel, but it’s not very nice - ok for a quick dip (once you find the way amongst rocks on the bottom), but not really one for beaching.
Breakfast is paid extra, and almost everything apart from bread and butter and coffee is yet another extra.
Indoor pool/spa is paid extra, and they mixed up our booking - although in the end didn’t matter as we had to cancel.
A little too far from everything; maybe less of a problem if you travel by car or happy to eat in the their restaurant (we had a dinner once but the food was just not to our taste).
In the end we had a good stay, but it didn’t really wowed us
Maybe if you splash on the premium room and spa you can get a really luxurious experience. But it felt more like a good 3-star hotel which is trying too hard to be posh and too focused on additional services.

Location was nice enough and the roof top dining was nice
We booked this hotel specifically for its spa facilities. We attempted to book a session over the email where we confirmed an appointment we then received another very rude email from the staff cancelling the appointment (these I have kept). We went in person to the spa reception to clarify this and were met by a very rude receptionist. She was sharp, snappy and very rude. We ended up cancelling the appointment as her behaviour left a sour taste in our mouths. For people who work hard we do not want to spend our money in an establishment where it is not appreciated.
We stayed in room 101. Try to avoid this placement. The room was close to the car park and we were disturbed on and off by the guests loud sports car engines. There was also a corrugated iron stair case outside of our room which was loud and we could hear people from time to time clomping up and down.

Location and view
Breakfast service in the room was terribly bad. Room was hot and unprepared when arriving. Cleaning personal speaking neither French nor English ?!
4.0
great pool, amenities and restaurant. comfortable beds and very spacious bathrooms.
alarm went off the first and third morning from 6- 10 am outside our room. I asked someone at the reception about it after the first time (tried calling also but the line was busy) and he had no idea, yet it’s ringing again right now so this must be a common issue. An acknowledgment would be appreciated.
