It is a lovely villa in perfect location, in stunning gardens. With the rocky mountains behind and the blue sea in front, you are in paradise. The nearest town, San Vito has one of the best beaches on the island. Note to the older generation, the stairs down to the bedrooms are a bit steep.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana io e mio marito il posto da Paradiso spettacolare la.vista mozzafiato. La casa ha ampi spazi all'aperto e svegliarti al mattino e vedere la. Vista del.mare....non ha prezzo il Dott.Antonio e sua signora sono persone stupende speriamo di ritornarci consigliatissima..Grazie dott.Antonio per i consigli che ci ha dato grazie!!!!!!!

I’ve been in many houses and they all got one or two things that made them good. That among the things you could share under “charming”… Things like missing parts in the kitchen, no fire for the gas, mattresses too hard / too soft, braking chairs, you name it. The first days you spend fixing and buying things… And then I spend 2 weeks in Antonio’s house. This has got it all! It’s clean, so very clean, there is a very nice coffeemaker with lots of coffee, the bed is superior, never slept so well! The kitchen is complete, the couches and chairs outside are so nice. So on the first day no repairing, no buying missing stuff. Holiday started at once with excellent coffee, enjoying the panoramic view, even took a swim, 10 minutes walk. And that night I slept so well. Antonio made a real nice house of it. He is very helpful and reacts quickly. Next year I will be back. I’ve found my holiday house!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Lucia per 4 settimane a cavallo tra agosto e settembre e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La villa è bellissima e molto ben tenuta, dotata di tutto il necessario (e anche di più) e con un giardino curatissimo. La vista mare è splendida e alla sera consente di ammirare tramonti mozzafiato, ma molto bella è anche la vista sull'altro lato della casa, da cui si vedono i monti e il paese di Macari. Inoltre, la casa è circondata da un'estesa proprietà, per cui risulta tranquilla e molto silenziosa. Le camere al piano di sotto, con finestre a bocca di lupo, consentono di dormire bene anche nelle giornate più calde. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 5 minuti, ma per prendere il sole si può anche approfittare dei lettini vista mare, collocati in posizione strategica in una parte della casa sempre ventilata. Altri must della casa: la doccetta esterna, il barbecue, le piante di fichi e l'assenza quasi totale di zanzare. Per quanto tutte le finestre della casa siano dotate di zanzariere, non siamo stati minimamente infastiditi neppure all'esterno, nemmeno negli orari più critici. Infine, l'accoglienza è stata davvero impeccabile, il signor Antonio è stato gentilissimo e ci ha pure fatto dei graditissimi doni di prodotti locali. Insomma, abbiamo passato una vacanza meravigliosa. Speriamo di poter tornare presto a Villa Lucia, ma nel frattempo la consigliamo caldamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere una bella vacanza al mare, fuori dalla confusione di San Vito Lo Capo.

La villa è stupenda e ha corrisposto perfettamente alle nostre aspettative, immersa nella natura e con un panorama suggestivo. Il sign. Antonio ha saputo farci sentire a casa grazie alla sua cordialità e disponibilità.

Notre séjour dans la maison d'Antonio a été vraiment très agréable . Avec de très belles montagnes d'un coté et la mer de l'autre , l'environnement de la maison est ideal . La plage juste en face , est parfaite si on se pose sur les rochers . Entre snorkling, sauts de 5 m de haut depuis la roche et coucher de soleil sur la mer, nous étions tous ravis. Antonio nous a accueillis très gentiment, sa maison est confortable, les chambres sont fraiches sans clim, ce qui es rare au mois d'aout en Sicile. il nous a conseillé plusieurs très bons restaurants. je vous recommande vivement cette adresse :))

Schönes Haus mit wunderbaren Außenanlagen und tollem Garten. Ruhige Lage ohne Massentourismus und trotzdem nah bei San Vito do Capo. Ideal für Badeurlaub und Wanderungen im angrenzenden Nationalpark. Netter Eigentümer und guter Service. Gut ausgestattetes Haus, Vieles neu, Einiges in die Jahre gekommen. Leider ist die Hauptstraße in der Nähe stark befahren.

We had a wonderful week in this nice house. There are only a few houses in direct neighborhood. You have a nice sea view from one of the terraces and the kitchen to it. There are several seating possibilities around the house. You can always sit in the sun or shade if you want. The bedrooms are downstairs, but daylight comes in. In our case (September) it was nice because it was still warm in the bedroom over night and i can imagine it‘s cold enough during summer :) we fully recommend this house and the nice hosts Antonio and Lucia.

We came to San Vito for a climbing trip - - we had a great time at Antonio e Lucia's house! It is fully equipped and decorated very nicely. It is surrounded by an extensive outdoor area with terraces on two sides (sea and mountain view), With outdoor couches and tables with chairs, an outdoor shower and a BBQ place. The place is conveniently located very close to the Salinella cliffs and not far from San Vito. Antonio and Lucia were great host and we really enjoyed their welcoming basket, especially the olive oil from their own trees. Thanks once again for the wonderful stay and the escape from the grey November in Germany!

The house of Antonio and Lucia was great to stay in. Before the arrival the communication with Antonio was very good, the reception at the location was very kind as well. As small welcome-gift (water, pasta, wine etc.) was a nice surprise to us. Antonio reacted always quick and nice, in case we contacted him also during the stay. We found the house in a very clean estate. The kitchen is well equipped. Yes, it felt a bit weird to go down into the cellar to the sleeping-rooms. But if it is really hot (we had daily about 30 Celsius by the end of September!), the down-stairs sleeping-rooms are not heated up, which is better for a good sleep indeed. The terraces around the house are offering many places to sit and stretch out on the sun-beds at every time of the day. The mountain-view and the bay - / ocean-view are great. Not to forget the daily impressive sunsets directly in front. You can start directly from the house for mountain- or coast-line-hikes, or go swimming without using the car. The house is located in the middle of Italian daily life, close to the small and nice village of Macari, and yes close to the busy route SP16 which leads to and from the very much frequented beach located village of San Vito Lo Capo. Macari has two super nice restaurants and a Tabacchi ( which offer also simple but good snacks/food/ drinks ) where you can enjoy the daily social-live of Macari. We have to admit, that were surprised, that we had to pay extra in cash for towels and linen at the time of the arrival - as this was stated to be included in the list of included services, as per our perception. (Later we checked the house description again and found indeed, however written in Italian somewhere in between the lines , that for towels and bed-linen an extra sum has to be paid extra. We think this point should be cleared up, in order to avoid misunderstanding.) Finally, you should love cats. There are at least two cats coming regularly along every day which you will have to feed, as you cannot resist the sweetness of the cats. All in all, we can warmly recommend the house of Antonio and Lucia. Manu and Erik

la Villa ha tutte le comodità necessarie per una piacevole vacanza situata in una posizione strategica dal punto di vista commerciale e con una vista stupenda. I proprietari sono molto gentili. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Das Haus von Antonio und Lucia ist wunderschön gelegen und ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und von hoher Qualität. Aber nicht zu toppen ist diese traumhafte Terrasse beim Sonnenuntergang. Wir waren mit vier erwachsenen Personen dort und hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Vielen Dank! *****

La casa è situata in una posizione impagabile, con una splendida vista mare (e tramonti), circondata dal verde e lontana dal caos. La casa è fresca, ventilata, con bellissimi spazi esterni e dotata di tutto il necessario. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. San Vito e le altre località di interesse sono molto comode da raggiungere.

Der Empfang durch Lucia und Antonio war sehr herzlich, inkl einem gut gefüllten Willkommenskorb. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig waren für uns die im Untergeschoss gelegenen Schlafzimmer (im Sommer sicher angenehm kühl, aber die Fenster öffnen nur zu einem Lichtschacht). Die Strasse nach San Vito Lo Capo ist zwar nicht sicht- aber doch hörbar. Die Lage des Hauses ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (Naturparks Zingaro und Cofano) oder Ausflüge nach Erich und Trapani.

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche zum Klettern dort und es war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir jemals hatten! Gemütliches, wohnliches Haus mit hervorragend ausgestatteter Küche (es gibt beschichtete Bratpfannen, Käsereiben, einen Pürierstab u.v.m.), beim Kochen hat man den Blick auf Kletterfelsen und das Meer. Sauberes, schönes Bad mit Pflegeprodukten, kühle dunkle Schlafzimmer, Sofa und Sessel, Waschmaschine, es gibt einfach alles an Komfort, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht! WLAN gibt es nicht, aber 4G-Mobilfunknetz. Das Beste aber liegt vor der Tür: Die große Terrasse umgibt das Haus komplett und es gibt zu jeder Tageszeit wahlweise Sonne oder Schatten. Man sitzt gemütlich auf Stühlen an Tischen, auf den Chill-Out-Sofas (dort haben wir jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genossen), Sonnenliegen oder einer Hollywoodschaukel. Die nahegelegene Straße sieht man nicht und hört sie nur ein bisschen, hat uns gar nicht gestört. Man kann schön abseits der Touristenmassen am Meer spazieren gehen oder hinter dem Ort auf den Berg wandern, zu Fuß ist man in ca 15min am nächsten Klettersektor und mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten am Supermarkt und in San Vito. Antonio ist ein toller Gastgeber, pflegt mit viel Arbeit Haus und Garten und wir haben zur Begrüßung einheimischen Wein und leckere Früchte aus seinem Garten bekommen! Wärmstens zu empfehlen, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

A Macari vicino à San Vito lo Capo, c'è una villetta deliziosa, 2 belle terrazze, vista eccezionale sul mare e in particolare su tramonti spettacolari, pulita, tenuta molto bene e con gusto, con camere da letto fresche perche in piano interrato, e un accoglienza calorosa dai proprietari Antonio e Lucia, da non esitare!! We (family of three) spent a week at this place and had a wonderful holiday. Although we were late, Antonio welcomed us kindly and showed us around. The scenery surrounding the house is marvelous, and we enjoyed a fantastic view of the sunset from the terrace every evening. The bedroom in the basement is comfortably cool (even at outside temperatures of 38° C) and there are many additional amenities, from an outdoor shower to a shaded parking space. We enjoyed every day of our stay!

La maison est très agréable et très bien située entre mer et montagne ! C'est vraiment très joli ! Le petit village de MACARI est très authentique et il y a deux très belles réserves naturelles à proximité ! Les propriétaires de la maison sont très sympathiques et il y a moyen de faire de l'escalade et de la plongée sous-marine dans les environs... Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants à "San Vito Di Locapo" surtout le "Gna Sala" ! Nous nous venons à cet endroit très régulièrement et c'est chaque fois un émerveillement ! A Macari c'e una graziosissima villetta su' due piani, à due passi dal mare, tenuta da Lucia e Antonio, persone deliziose che ci hanno riservato un'accoglienza con i fiocchi! Due bei terrazzi molto spaziosi, una vista mozzafiato sul mare che offre ogni sera, pieno ovest, un nuovo tramonto, non ne abbiamo visti due uguali in 20 giorni! Dietro, il maestoso rilievo ocra e rosso del monte che contrasta con il cielo di un blu' intenso . Il mare e quasi da bere alcuni giorni da quanto l'acqua puo' essere trasparente, e parecchi pesci per chi pesca! Torneremo, questo è sicuro.

Wir durften 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbringen. Es war ein Traumurlaub. Antonio nahm uns herzlich in Empfang obwohl wir erst nachts ankamen. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Hinter dem Haus die Berge vor dem Haus das Meer. Die Schlafzimmer sind in der unteren Etage und deshalb sehr kühl. Der Garten um das Haus ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Der Sonnenuntergang, den man jeden Abend von der Terasse beobachten kann ist einmalig. 400 Meter zu Fuß ist eine wunderschöne Schnorchelbucht. Ausflüge zum Monte Cofano und in den Naturpark Zingaro sind ein Erlebnis. Wir haben uns in den drei Wochen in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es uneingeschränkt weiter. An Antonio und Lucia nocheinmal vielen Dank!

Settimana di relax in ambiente rilassante e villetta magnifica: silenziosa e discreta ma allo stesso tempo non troppo distante da San Vito. La casa ha tutto quello che si può desiderare per una vacanza per quattro persone: in particolare le stanze da letto al piano di sotto, ottimamente areate e illuminate da due enormi bocche di lupo, garantiscono una temperatura ideale per il riposo nelle giornate calde. Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la villa d'Antonio qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil. le site est tout simplement magnifique, la vue sur les montagnes d'un côté, et sur la mer de l'autre est d'une grande beauté. La villa est bien équipée et vous ne manquerez de rien. A conseiller vivement !

"Very nice little house for family stay in a beautiful surrounding, the view on the sea and on the hills is beautiful. The garden is big and the terraces all around the house are very nice, well equipped with furniture allowing nice stay in the sun and barbecue. Bed rooms are big and very clean, kitchen is well equipped and all rooms are decorated with good taste. Kitchen has been renovated, it looks better in real than on the pictures. We have very much enjoyed it and will come back. The natural reserve is located few 100 meters away from the house, allowing long walks along side the sea coast. A good choice! Spring weather was a little chilly but nature and flowers were beautiful! The Owners were very nice and welcoming."
