The hotel is very accessible from the station. The breakfast menu had a lot of options. The facilities are well-equipped and clean. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The bathroom and toilet were quite small. The pillow on the bed was too small for my liking.

Everything I expected from a Route Inn was met. Staff was great, everything I needed was there. Bed was fine. Breakfast was a good mix as always. Plenty of parking once you know where to park.

The location isn't great if you are in a room facing the station area. It was VERY noisy. I was in room 411. However, I do understand it was a Saturday night AND a festival, I think. But I was just there to sleep. My only other problem with the room was the chair was really uncomfortable.

The breakfast had good variety, and they changed the menu daily. The common bath (hot spring) was impeccably clean and felt very relaxing. The free coffee service at the lobby was a nice addition (though the coffee was thin). The room and amenities met my expectations.

The room wall appeared dated, and the bed maybe a little too soft for some people. Some guests may want fruits in the breakfast buffet. Considering the price, it was satisfactory though.

very good location, next to train station, and the room was quiet. Japanese style breakfast was very good, and each day had a slightly varied choice in Japanese style breakfast. Also had some western style pastries and breads for breakfast, but the Japanese style breakfast was excellent. We recommend trying a little/some Japanese food/delicacies whilst staying at this hotel.
