Location close to the lake is amazing, the room was a bit older and didnt quite match the pricing. Staff was very good.

it was a lovely place but the staff were outstanding. they all took a huge amount of trouble, nothing was difficult. we had a dog and this was also done beautifully. no unnecessary rules making life difficult.

Great location on the lake, really great breakfast and even though the hotel is not air conditioned there was a big fan in the room

no air conditioning available which meant a very hot night. sliding door to bathroom is weird and means you need to be comfortable with all the sounds of your loved one. the pillows are way too soft and unsupportive. restaurant way too expensive

The rooms are comfortable, tastefully decorated and the one I stayed in had an exceptional view of the lake from its balcony. The beds were comfy. The young staff were all without exception great: friendly, helpful, discreet. Breakfast (included) was lovely. The terrace outside for drinks/coffees etc was terrific. The spa treatments (which I sadly did not have time to try) were very reasonably priced; I will be trying them during my next stay.

The evening restaurant did not quite deliver what we expected. This is a personal viewpoint and perhaps the other guests think the menu amazing. The food wasn't bad at all, service was great, it is only that it wasn't to my taste.

The location is great. The facilities are good. It is just that we have to book time, when we would like to use sauna.

The sliding door of the toilet is not my thing.

The hotel is perfectly located on the lake in Amersee. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is decorated beautifully and kept immaculate. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is amazing. Book a room with a lake view if you can.

The hotel is newly and tastefully renovated! The lakeside location is really lovely and is enjoyed from the breakfast room overlooking the water. The breakfast is excellent quality. The hotel also has a small private dock for guests that will be great swimming access! Very quiet room at night with ample space and minibar.

We could not find a parking place so we had to park a few blocks away in a neighborhood. Our room did not have a balcony and for this reason, it seemed a little overpriced.

The stuff was very friendly and kind all the time. Had a really nice view over the lake from our balconie.

Sadly the spa was booked out quickly

Good selection and late breakfast (until 11:30) which is a major bonus, great staff at the restaurant - especially one young man who was very knowledgeable on wine

Housekeeping was a bit aggressive

Delicious breakfast - spacious room - great package (Beach/outdoor & indoor dining) Also EV parking available
