Location was generally good, no complaints as we have stayed here before. That is why we chose to return to this hotel despite our colleagues recommending us other new hotels. We were also happy to see new restaurants opened for business.
1. We happen to arrive slightly earlier from KL due to good traffic and asked if we could just check-in our bags into our rooms and freshen up before going to work. The rooms were available, but we were told we had to pay additional half the rate. Why can't the management be a bit more compassionate?
2. The rooms we booked online have no windows... had I known that was the case, then I would have booked another hotel that gave us a room with window at a price cheaper than Leverage.
All in all, this trip was full of unpleasant surprises. Definitely won't be going back to this hotel, given there are so many new ones to choose from.

The location was good, the staffs were helpful. Easy to find spots for parking, but at night the restaurants on its side take space and are pretty busy.
The room was quite small, the toilet doors are translucent thus making it quite uncomfortable for friends stays.

It’s located near food places
Everything from checking in staff to hotel room. The staff was unfriendly and had horrible hospitality. The room was wet, there were strains of hair everywhere. Not coming back thank you

The pillow ! ITS VERY FLUFFY AND I LIKE IT. The cleanliness of the room also, it good ! (But for Housekeeping part, please wipe on the coffee area and sink area cause a lot of dust there. Im using my wet tissue to wipe all of the dust)
The location is really strategic as down below of the hotel got 7eleven and even opposite of the hotel got Tesco (Now called lotus). During night time, dun worry about food as the street below of the hotel, got variety street food and shop that you can choose. Im supposed to stay for 1 night and move to another destination, but Im extended my stay for another 1 nights cause Im feel not enough time to explore.

The room quite small but still manageable as Im solo travelling this time. But if you coming for 2 person, its kinda cramp a bit, but still.. its manageable.
The flip flop table beside the bed, its a bit narrow when I want to use it for eat something and its a bit dangerous too as I hit my leg 2 times.
