Perfect setting - great neighbourhood, cobbled streets, lots of restaurants, shops, bars etc on your doorstep but you could hear a pin drop in your room and there was a peaceful walled garden in the property if you wanted to “chill”. Staff very pleasant too👍. ,

It was freezing and the heat only warmed up the upper floor, good to know if you travel in the winter as we did. Did imagine little better apparent after the pictures, but we might have been unlucky with the ground floor.

The property is starting to look a bit tired now. We stayed here a few years ago and nothing has been updated and the age is starting to show. Staff were practically none existent (although contactable on WhatsApp) and we saw no one else during our stay. Perhaps not suitable if you want more interaction or help from staff.

Nothing. We were totally underwhelmed by the gloomy and in our opinion not properly cleaned apartment, which - again in our opinion - did not resemble the nice photos of the apartments we had seen on Booking.com. The friendly staff could not offer us another apartment as everything was fully booked, so we arranged for another place to stay and left after an hour or so. No refund was offered. Needless to say we were disappointed, especially given the very positive recommendations on Booking.com and the nice photos of the suites. In all fairness, the management company did offer us a free stay another time, but as it is unlikely we will be back in Granada in the foreseeable future that is kind of a meaningless gesture. All in all this was a situation where our expectations might have been off or wrong, but definitely did not match the apartment as we experienced it.

No AC in back bedroom. Made for very uncomfortable nights. Complained to agent. Said a person would come that night or next day. No one came. Agent admitted they already knew there was a problem with the vent in the back room. SO WHY WAS IT NOT FIXED?? Minor but annoying - not provided enough toilet paper.

Loved it! So much space for a family of 5. everything in the flat was new, well taken care off and very comfortable. very clean. Its a great location too, in the centre, but very quiet. This will be my go to place in Granada.

Great option for the center of Granada, with a quiet room along Elvira. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen was nice, even though we only ate breakfast there. Everything was clean and the check-in was easy. After that, it was an independent stay.

The staff member who checked us in was very kind and he gave us good advice on restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The bottle of wine was a nice touch.

We had booked for 4 nights and the conditions of our booking were non-refundable. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night as we were uncomfortable because it was cold. The ceilings are high with large windows and in the kitchen, there are gaps in the windows that let in cold air. The bedroom was warmer than the rest of the apartment but when we sat in the living room, we kept our jackets on. We called the next morning and offered to move to a smaller room that was perhaps easier to heat but we were told that it would likely be chilly also. The apartment is nicely furnished, spacious and in warmer weather it is probably a fine place to stay. We moved to another hotel near the Cathedral and preferred that location.
