Clean pool, spacious rooms and lovely restaurant.

Pool chairs/mats need an upgrade.

The gardens are beautiful

Not enough pool beds for the guests. Please provide bean bags as well as umbrellas for shade. The air con unit in villa Rose needs replacing

Poor wifi, hard beds, quite a few stairs to room and reception. Breakfast very basic, no shade around pool and mould on lounge covers.

Safety on the stairs is an issue. I did not have water for my shower for the first 4 days. Bathroom was dangerous with slippery tiles.

Loved the gorgeous gardens and the traditional style. Fantastic location. Staff were friendly and very accommodating

Great location, short walk to Beach, bars and restaurants.

Property very tired and dated. Pool area had very few loungers and most were broken and dirty. Swim up bar rarely manned by staff.

It was a very quite location , also very close to find somewhere to eat. Liked the cultural look about the building also. Staff were also very friendly to answer any questions. We enjoyed our sort stay.

Took a while for the hot water to come through.

Too many steps walking through the property Breakfast was a bit standard, could improve with this. Could offer more options, little things like only one spread for toast available, no grain bread

Away from the busy street noise. Pleasant gardens. Lovely pool. Nice breakfast. Easy walk to great eateries, local shopping and the beach. Lovely staff. Room is large with outside bathroom.

Hotel is old and in need of an update

It was beautiful quite and the area was in a very good location. Staff were available 24/7 and we were allowed early check in. They even set up the room with decorations for my partners birthday for free! and had a birthday cake absolutely made our trip! Thank you for having us!

The only things I would improve would be a better locking system for the front door of the Villa. we were a 4 group party 2 couples only had one key so when one couple went out we had to either leave the key at the front desk or message eachother when we would be back. If one couple got back late we would have to wake up to let them inside ,Also the bathroom doors although not suppose to be see through I feel as though you can still see inside the bathroom when someone is showering or using the bathroom.

The location was good, the pool was very nice but you need more sun loungers. The staff were very helpful. The wifi was also very good.

I wish that you had safes in the rooms.

Restaurant menu was good as was the ordered food and drinks. Location was handy to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly. Pool was good, though ladder was broken for a period of time. Gardens lovely and well kept.

Breakfast was not very varied, better to choose from menu. Room was OK, however we felt the bathroom was dirty. (Toilet never thoroughly cleaned, floor under stones mouldy as was some parts of the walls.)Sun beds broken around the pool. A wedding took place on our last night, restricting use of the entire pool area. Music was extremely loud and unpleasant to all other guests.
