Atendimento, acomodação, boa localização

L'accueil de la jeune femme à notre arrivée. Très gentille et professionnelle.

Nous avons malheureusement eu un incident avec notre véhicule qui nous a obligés à annuler en dernière minute notre séjour prévu du 17 au 19 septembre 2024, pour cause de rapatriement. Nous avons prévenu booking qui a passé l'information à l'hôtel afin que nous soyons dispensés de régler les 3 nuits. L'hôtel n'en a pas pris cas et nous a prélevé le montant de 3 nuits alors que nous avions annulé en urgence et étions partis. C'était un cas de force majeure. Nous ne pouvons pas recommander cet hôtel du fait de son incompréhension.

Location, comfortable bed, breakfast.

After booking short notice due to an emergency I was forced to transfer money for the room immediately or risked losing the booking. This was not normal, as on booking it said "pay during stay". It was dealt in a pushy way over Whatsapp. As I was desperate I had to comply, despite not having all needed information and being in the middle of an emergency with very little signal on my phone. The room was clean but very hot, we had to keep the window open and deal with mosquitoes and traffic noise as the aircon was on a hot setting, and no remote in the room and no staff. We were not provided with a wifi password, there was none in the room, so I had to WhatsApp staff, who took 12 hrs to reply. I understand it was a short notice booking with a check in around 9pm but if the hotel is not equipped to deal with these situations they should either not accept the booking or make it clear to customers upon booking. Do not recommend, unfortunately, and for the overall experience definitely overpriced.

Price was too high for the services being provided. No regular room cleaning. Breakfast needs attention.

This is a value for money accommodation, very clean, wonderful staff I think it's a family business and all members were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good on the first morning we were there but on day two and three, there was less choice so that's why I chose to not give the hotel 10 stars. The parking was super easy and the hotel is handy to many restaurants, fast food outlets and a supermarket. We would recommend Residencia Paris to anyone looking for good value nice, clean and comfortable accommodation. Thanks to the family, we had a wonderful time with great memories forever.
