The apartment was exceptionally clean and freshly decorated. The apartment was very spacious and bigger than it looked in the photographs. The standard was definitely hotel standard with crisp white sheets and bath towels provided. The kitchen equipment was spotless and the stairwell and carpark area were very well maintained and provided easy access to the apartment. The host was very welcoming and informative on things to do in the area.

The apartment is in a really good location in Tramore, close to the beach and close to other places you might want to visit. It is on a busy road but you don't hear much of that inside the building. The apartment is true to the pictures and is outfitted very completely (linnen, towels, full kitchen, cleaning equipment, etc.). This apartment is wheelchair accessible and therefore very spacious.

There is a parking space for every apartment, however the spaces are very narrow and difficult to manoeuvre into. This was sometimes challenging, especially because most visitors are driving a rental car. There is a switch to turn on the hot water half an hour before you want to shower or do the dishes. This can be inconvenient if you have been away all day or if you want to take a shower first thing in the morning. Also, the water pressure is limited, but I think that's probably the case everywhere in this part of Ireland. The apartment is wheelchair accessible and therefore all furtniture and tabletops are relatively low. So not the best if you are quite tall or for elderly people.

The owners were extremely nice and the apartment was very spacious and very comfortable
