La limpieza del baño al llegar no estaba bien, solicite revisión y de inmediato dieron solución.

The terrace bar and restaurant was just great. Fantastic views, good service, great choice of drinks.

Best location in Riohacha, best hotel in Riohacha. Some previous reviews mentioned the noise outside of the air conditioning units but I had no issues with either. It was a peaceful nights sleep and can’t beat the location. The breakfast was fresh and available until 10, excellent hospitality, fantastic view from the top floor terrace where the restaurant is. Seemed expensive for Riohacha but it was nice

I liked the staff they’re very friendly, polite and accommodating.
I was unable to sleep well during my whole stay which was quite lengthy. The location was great but the NOISE from blasting music almost 24/7 the barking dogs the sirens, horns and motorbikes was unbearable and miserable. The bathroom was dirty at arrival with labels from soap in the shower and mould in the tiles. I had to ask a lady to please clean!

The staff were super friendly and always going the extra mile to please us, especially the security guards (which also act as bell boys) and restaurant staff.
The room was a bit noisy but that is everywhere in riohacha as there is load music until late in many restaurants and bars. Not the fault of the hotel. The hotel does not have a pool, they have a sister property about 15 min away by foot but the pool was not that clean.

Clean and close to the beach
Although the hotel says it has a swimming pool this is not true. They allow guests access to a pool in another hotel that is a 15 minute walk.

Located right across from the beach.
1. When I checked in they said the room I booked wasn’t available and therefore I had to get a more expensive room.
2. Said room was located under the bar which played live music very loudly and well into the night.
3. The room had no sound isolation whatsoever so every noise from the street, including a pack of dogs at 4 am, could be heard.
