Bathroom across the hall

So conveniently close to the train station while being just far enough away to not deal with noise or crowds generated by the station. So not only convenient for arrival and departure but for riding the train to get to the other towns of Cinque Terre. Very cute. Obviously recently updated and very clean. Staff were on point, efficient and lovely. Communication before stay was excellent. All requests such as an extra pillow were accommodated with no hassle. Loved that the room not only had a fridge and kettle, cups and wine glasses but even had a corkscrew! There was even a laundry rack which I made good use of. The water pressure was excellent and the shower hot. (We had our own en suite bathroom). The room was comfortable and big. It had AC but we didn’t need it as the weather was cool. Bank machine and laundromat right across the road. We had said we didn’t want anyone in the room and so the next morning there was a bag hanging on our door with clean towels etc. The staff is wonderfully responsive! Wonderful stay overall!!

Not really something I “didn’t like”, more just a guest suggestion - I had a few issues locking the front door whenever I left the building so maybe a little demo with the guest doing it to show them how.

We liked everything about our stay here. The location near the train station was a plus, and it was away from the crowded downtown and harbor area. We didn't even mind that the bathroom was across the hall and not in our room. It was large and private. The staff was helpful from the start, greeting us on arrival even though we did not specify the exact time.

Fantastic location just uphill from train station. Amazingly quiet and clean with very kind staff.

The location was perfect at the back of the village where it was quiet. There had been a problem with another persons booking which meant the room we booked became unavailable. They accommodated an upgraded room for us and we were very happy with their management of the situation as we had looked forward to our night here and had a restaurant reserved. We had breakfast at the cafe opposite and could not speak more highly of the fresh ingredients and friendly service.

Couldn’t get internet but who cares, we had a wonderful room, excellent meal at a restaurant and a relaxing jacuzzi!

would get balcony next time and internal bathroom. having to tiptoe across hall during night and unlock door every time bit of hassle. chose external private bathroom so our boo-boo
