Nice kitchen facilities. Good dependable WiFi. Competitively priced. Nice view of the city. Location is away from city traffic. Hence little road noise.

It's a little bit of a walk to the local eateries but I adjusted in short order.

Because it was fairly quiet time of travel, I was given a large room with two beds. There was a large fan that moved the humid air and provided cool breeze throughout the night. I might have had the best night sleep at this hostel.
The breakfast was great!
The owner was a bit gruff. I often felt as if I was disturbing him and his family when I had a question. The reception area and kitchen are part of the owner's residence so it feels as if you are walking on egg shells when using the kitchen. I felt as if I was scolded when looking to get a cup of coffee.
Also, the location is far away from the action of the small town and in a location that feels a bit unsafe as it is a very dark walk after the sunsets

Lovely spacious and bright rooms, good showers, kitchen was small but could manage to make whatever we needed. Hostel was very quiet when we were there. Staff really helpful and we booked an excellent trip to Limoncocha in the Amazon through the hostel, would recommend

The staff was really helpful and polite, there was a fan in the room and mosquito nets on the windows as well. It is also located at a walking distance to the bus station.
The breakfast is really not worth it. It's sadly too little food for an adult.

Spacious room, hot water shower, location good to walk to town for tours/restaurants etc. Breakfast was excellent - I don’t eat gluten and the owner was very accommodating in giving me fruit, yoghurt etc. Nice coffee. Filtered water.

Very nice, uncomplicated hostal. We could store our backpacks for a couple of days in the hostel when we went to the rainforest. We really enjoyed our stay :)

The views a large room.
Wonderful Hotel. Very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are super nice and large. Best deal for the price. Ecellent host. Very attentive and friendly. 100% recommended.

The owner kindly accommodated us in the middle of the night due to our late bus arrival. Then he helped us book a great rafting half-day. Breakfast (extra cost) was nice.
Double bed was a bit small for a couple. The location is not quite centre but still ok to walk.

Everything was great in the hostel, the people were very helpful, it's clean and has a great view on the city
I guess they cannot do anything against this but there is a chicken and dogs around annoying you a bit during the night
