Per riassumere il soggiorno basterebbe dire che se tornassi a Cefalù sceglierei sicuramente di nuovo questo appartamento. Centralissimo, veramente a un passo dal Duomo e da tanti posti ottimi, accogliente e pulitissimo. Il proprietario è stato super disponibile già in fase di prenotazione nel rispondere ad ogni mio minimo dubbio e a darci consigli, per poi confermare la sua gentilezza quando lo abbiamo incontrato in fase di check-in e poi nell’assicurarsi sempre che il soggiorno procedesse bene. È sicuramente il posto perfetto per visitare Cefalù e dintorni (considerando che anche la stazione si raggiunge comodamente a piedi). Grazie ancora per averci fatti sentire a casa in poco tempo!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Cefalú verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Minuten vom Domplatz entfernt und bietet alles, was man braucht. Insbesondere die Dachterasse mit Blick auf das Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Absolute Empfehlung!

Lovely apartment in great location. Owners were very friendly and even came out into the town to meet us as the taxi driver couldn't drive right up to the apartment. Our only regret is that we didn't visit at a quieter time. Cefalu certainly buzzes with excitement, Which was wonderful, but it is very difficult to find space on the ultra crowded beaches. If you want authentic Italien living this is def the place for you. Look out of the window to narrow alleyways and step straight out into the old town. Magical

Mansion house if you want a true feel of a Sicilian home look no further from the moment we entered the apartment we were welcomed by the host Vincenzo's parents and showed us around 2 bedrooms wc then up to the next level with adequate kitchen everything there if you want to cook a nice meal then stepped out onto the terrace where you can view Sicilian homes and inbetween the homes a magnificent view of the sea on arrival there was a bottle of wine and also water in the fridge 2 minute walk to the cathedral square and some of the most amazing restaurants 5-10 minute walk from the cathedral to the start of the beautiful beach Cefalu has to be seen as it is so laid back brilliant for families and lovers and if you want to see great architecture then this is the place for you why was I informed Cefalu my daughter got married in their wonderful cathedral which is a must see especially the inside thank you Vincenzo and all your family for letting me enjoy your wonderful home I would love to come back again. We have had wonderful holiday in this apartment in Cefalu once again and we will be back for sure next summer. Apartment is in the historic centre close to Piazza Duomo, but it is hidden on a tiny back street, so it is away from the crowds and offers quiet relaxing atmosphere. Owners are lovely people and booking and email communication is always very smooth. Apartment itself is very clean and well equipped, large bedroom with a street view balcony is very comfortable, smaller bedroom was ideal for our 11years old son, but most of the time we were all enjoying views of La Rocca and sea from the roof terrace , which is connected to kitchen. Main beach is only 4minutes walk away and there is grocery store, fresh fruit and vegetables store just 100m away from the apartment, along with many cafés and restaurants. It has airconditioning which you will appreciate during hot days and a washing machine hidden on a roof terrace - which is perfect when you travel with kids. It is easy to walk to from train station and you don´ t need a car when staying there at all. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday by beautiful sandy beaches of Cefalu , while experiencing the history and atmosphere of the old town then this apartment is a right choice for you. For us, it became our favourite place already:)

Ogni volta che torno a Cefalù, questo appartamento è una garanzia! Sempre pulito, in ordine, vicinissimo alla piazza del Duomo (1 min a piedi) e con una terrazza che ha una vista spettacolare sul mare di Cefalù! Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento nel centro storico di Cefalù in posizione perfetta e con vista fantastica dal terrazzo. L'Alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione del proprietario e alle recensioni positive già fatte. Pulizia impeccabile cura dei dettagli, alloggio tranquillo e silenzioso anche se praticamente a 50 m dal corso principale, camere abbastanza fresche, il condizionatore va accesso davvero mezzoretta prima di andarea a letto. Proprietari super gentili e disponibili. Contatti semplici e risposte sempre quasi immediate. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio per una vacanza a Cefalù indimenticabile!

Sono ritornata dopo un pò di anni ma purtroppo solo per un weekend. L'appartamento è stato rinnovato in alcuni dettagli e risulta ancora più confortevole. I tramonti sul terrazzino sono meravigliosi. Aperitivo e cena con vista sui tetti del centro storico e sul mare sono insuperabili. Il mare poi è a 2 minuti a piedi e tutti i ristoranti quasi sotto casa. Un posto magico!

We loved to stay in the City of Cefalú. The apartment had everything we needed and is located right in the heart of the city and only 5 Minutes walking distance to the beach. We loved especially the balcony with ocean view. (Only parking is tricky, because you can not reach the apartment by car, center is closed for cars.) Vincenzo and his family were great hosts and available for any support we needed. Thank you!

We had a very nice stay in Cefalu, and the apartement is very, very nice.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Cefalú. It was well equipped, perfect for 2-4 people and had an amazing location in the middle of Cefalú town close to the cathedral and the beach. What we loved most was the roof terrace with a great sea view. Vincenzo and his family were very helpfull prior to our arrival and troughout our whole stay.

The house is perfectly in the city center, but in a quite area. It is really close (1 minute walking) by the main square where you can visit the cathedral and close by shops and good restaurants! Moreover, 5 minutes walking, you can easily arrive to the wonderful beaches of Cefalù. The apartment is very clean, completely furnished, really comfortable. Owners are really kind, helpful and it was easy the communication with them. Furthermore, we found everything as sheets, towels, soaps and stuff for the kitchen! We were a couple with other two friends and we really enjoy the house, especially the great terrace with the gorgeous view. For sure, I'll come back next year in this place! I strongly suggest to spend sometimes in this magic place!!

A beautiful place to stay in Cefalu, we keep on returning to this same apartment every summer. It has everything we need for a perfect family holiday. The smaller bedroom is ideal for our 7 year old son, as it is quiet enough for the afternoon nap. The terracce offers wonderful views over Rocca as well as Cefalu´s roofs and the sea. Public beach in Cefalu is really charming, a bit overcrowded during the lunch time, but just fine before the noon and after 4 pm.The owner is very helpful and takes a good care of the apartment, it is clean and fully equipped. A perfect place to stay when in Cefalu, very comfy for longer stays, fully reccommended!

A lovely place to stay at while enjoying Cefalu. The apartment is below Rocca right in the heart of the historical centre of the city, but on a rather quiet street, a few steps away from piazza Duomo. Its central position enables you to get everywhere important within few minutes - beach, shops, restaurants, even a train station is only 10inutes away on foot. The apartment is on two floors with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and kitchen and a comfortable roof terracce with a sea view on the second floor. The terracce provides enough privacy as there is jus a sea view opposite - which made it a great place for admiring morning coffee and dinners with wine in the evenings. There is everything you could possibly need in the apartment, even a washing machine, which was a great bonus for us. The beach in Cefalu is beautiful, sandy with warm crystal clean water. If you prefer staying where the locals live and grasping a bit of their everyday life rather than in a commercial touristy resorts, then this apartment is a great choice for you. Our two week's holidays has come to the end. We were happy to stay in this cosy, comfortable and lovely apartment.Everything was really close: the beach, shops, pharmasy, center, bus stop and train station and all sorts restaurants. I don't think that we shall return to Cefalu again, because there are so many places in the world to visit them, but this town, this home will be in our hearts forever. On top of that we shall recommend to our friends to visit this splendid place. We have enjoyed a lot staying in the most amazing part of Cefalu , swimming, sunbathing and eating local food. Everything was prefect . It was great to wander the narrow Arab streets when soft Sicilian twilight covered this ancient town and then sit on the terrace of our house enjoying the picturesque sunset views, red roofs, rocks and the sea, listening a cry of restless gulls and eating delicious Sicilian cakes from Duomo bar. More over the master of this apartment was hospitable, patient and very lovely.

It is very central to all the restaurants in Cefalu and is only a short walk to the beach. "A nice, very central apartment in the most charming neighbourhood in Cefalu. A pleasant stroll to the beach. The apartment was clean, convenient and situated in a rather quiet area. The family who rents out the apartment was nice and helpful. The only drawback for us was that there was no baby cot, as we had requested. As other people here have pointed out, the roof terrace with its beautiful view of the old, uneven roof tops and the distant sea was a gem. The small balcony from the main bedroom was a good place to observe the life in the little lane. If you want to experience the daily rhytms of an authentic neighbourhood, this is certainly a good choice."

"This apartment was very clean and in a lovely area of Cefalu. Very close to all of the local amenities. It was not in a noisy area and the view from the balcony was really nice. It was a bit of a challenge getting our lugagge to the apartment as you cannot park anywhere near it so if you have a car you need to think about parking costs every night."

"The apartment was wonderful--the location couldn't be better (literally, it's right in the center of the city's center!), and it has everything you would possibly need, from kitchen utensils to a DVD player. Everything is clean and new, and the owners are more than congenial--I can't imagine a better family to rent from. The price is more than reasonable for what you get--not only is the apartment itself great, but the view of the ocean from the balcony is magnificent. I've never enjoyed a sunset so much."
