The room was cool, bed was comfortable. All bathroom essentials supplied, and the room was very clean! Very friendly staff at the front desk and assisted where requested. Arrived very early in the morning to the hotel, the night watchman was very happy to assist. Likewise with departure at 5.00am and early morning pick up at 2.00am. Lovely hotel and will come back again.
I enjoyed my stay, no complains .

The area.
The rooms felt outdated, and at 2 AM, I was woken up by conversations in the hallway, which shows how thin the walls are. To make matters worse, the large window offered no sound insulation, making it seem like it would be better off removed since you can hear everything happening outside. The cleanliness was lacking—housekeeping missed the shower, there was no soap in the wrapper, and someone’s underwear was still hanging in the bathroom. Additionally, the staff’s work schedule should always be communicated to guests at check-in, especially since they hold passports if you can’t pay the bond. What happens if your flight departs before staff arrives? How would you retrieve your passport in time? While the location is convenient, just a two-minute walk from the market, I wouldn’t recommend staying here for $100

The location being across the road from the markets was amazing
The bedding wasn’t always clean, I found termites in the bathroom cupboards, toilets never flushed properly, sink in the bathroom also got blocked every now and then. I got bitten in bed, didn’t feel clean.

Good location
Double bed Room was not really nice - smelly and too noisy. The bed is too closed to the bathroom. You can smell that toilet smell through the room. I asked the cleaner to get a air freshener which makes the difference few hours. People outside were talking loudly and I can’t sleep bcos of someone snoring nxt door. People are nice but unfortunately the sheets on bed are too thin and doesn’t look clean etc.
Upstairs room for 4 is really nice - nothing wrong with it. It’s just bed sheets that are too small for the beds. Very spacey and lots of room to walk around.

People at Reception were helpful. We missed breakfast one morning as we were leaving early and went to the lounge and they said it didn't open till 7.30am - so when we came back at lunchtime they had packed our breakfast away in supper plates - which I felt was a nice touch.
The room I felt like was an afterthought? It didn't feel like a proper room - it had no room number on the door. It smelt - a tv the size of a tablet that didn't work anyway. No hot water - bathroom looked a bit suspect. Our car got blocked in Fri nite - not sure what security was thinking - we had to leave early in the morning to drive to Lefaga and also another room were waiting to go to Leauva'a- we were all blocked in !security had to knock on ppls rooms to find who owned the cars - ridiculous! We called your main number yes it was early in the morning but what if it was an emergency? - no one picked up! At least we could see what rego matched the room. Anyway we waited for over 30mins before he found them.

Not a lot to be honest
When I arrived, they had no idea that I had booked and paid a long time ago, so I had to wait a very long time. I complained that fridge didn't work, and this was never fixed so I could not keep anything cold.
It is a very noisy location which I was unaware of, front staff were not helpful and you had to pay such high prices for wifi,

There is a microwave available 24hours and outside seating area.
The shower in the family room stinks. Room 4 was full of insects and bugs crawling on the sheets, billows and has mosquitoes everywhere from the stinky sewage lake out the window of the room. We hate it the place so much, we were counting the days to check out.
we arrived after 4pm and our room was not ready, so they put us in a family room with stinky shower, the next day they moved all our belongings without informing us in the afternoon to room 4. And we were taken into the most disgusting and horrifying place, There were bugs everywhere, on our blankets, billows, sheets, curtains and we couldn’t sleep. The reception was not open after 5pm, so we were stuck in a room full of crawling bugs, we moved the bed away from the curtains and covered everything with our lavalava so we can have some rest untill morning. By 7am, I found more crawling ants, insects on the sheets again. I ran to the reception to sort it out. After two days the manager finally saw my email that was send regards to the room. They offer a free night but we refuse to take any risk of going into another room that’s is full of insects. My hair was itchy and body was itchy all over. we hate the place so much because of the crawling bugs and dirty sheets.. The rooms had remotes with no battery and tv was not working. We informed the reception and they always make excuses, it’s the previous guest who brought the bugs and took the batteries. They should’ve check everything and spray the rooms free of bugs and clean the sheets before we check in..

We booked here cause there was nowhere to book, we loved that it was closed to the market, and everything we needed was in close proximity. We absolutely loved the aircon in the room, and the room had a nice hot water for shower.. Receptionist Evangelina was super lovely and she was really easy to deal with. she's a great asset to the place.
The room was not sound/noise proof like it says on the description. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, housekeeper left used soap from previous guests on sink, assuming they expected us to continue using it.
we could hear the smallest talks , coughs & laughter from the room next door,
It was quite noisy in the early mornings, with some of the staff boys moving furnitures and making loud noises, our room was right next to the stairs, and we could hear everything from morning to night.

The location is perfect.
Found a gecko in our room, floor was damp from the air. Kitchen cupboards are not clean, spiderwebs in some of them. The dishes are old and yuk.

I liked the location alot. It was close to many restaurants and the market. I also liked how easy going the people around the hotel. The shower pressure was amazing!
The room did not have soundproofing as we could hear the next room so clearly; kept us from sleeping properly. Killed maybe 3-4 cockroaches in the duration of our stay.

Location wise, right outside the township. Only stayed 2 nights as waiting for sisters to arrive, but worth money if you’re looking for a affordable place with air con.
Teapot was left with teabag inside had to go to reception to replace and sugar / coffee were all outdated but all replaceable with reception.

Pretty much everything. It was just what we needed and wherever we go we would always end up back at the hotel instead of sleeping over with our families.
We would recommend this hotel to our friends and families whenever they visit Samoa.
Wished the WIFI was provided, I scrolled through other people's reviews and they mentioned how the WIFI was slow but when I asked one of the assistants for the WIFI password she said that the WIFI wasn't part of our booking so I didn't want to argue and ruin my mood. But afterward, she told me that she'll provide data for me to use I told her it was okay because a family member has done it for us.
The only small issue was tiny ants infestation, ants crawling on the wall to the fridge. No matter how many times we wiped everything and have everything clean, they keep crawling back. Other than that everything was great, the room, location, everything.
