Stayed there last year and it was great, this year it was even better. The property was absolutely spotless, fresh and in pristine condition. The all new enclosed balcony is wonderful and offers heaps of fresh air and sunlight into the living room. Ana who greets you at the door is nice, funny and professional which is a perfect start to a nice stay.

It’s not really a thing I would say I dislike but rather a slight inconvenience. The thing is that there is no air conditioning in the apartment which makes it a bit challenging at night time on days when it really get scorching hot all day.

The appartement is big, big rooms, very spacious. Good beds. The lady who welcomed us was very nice.

The smell... Very bad smell from the sewer. It's too bad :-( And the fact that the kitchen has very poor equipment (cutlery etc)

The property is very cosy and comfortable, the location is superb almost everything you’d need from supermarkets to parks ands beaches is all within walking distance from the property.

The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was not having air conditioning to cool the apartment down a little after hot days. Other than that I could not find a single thing that I didn’t like during my stay.

Noise from the traffic and no elevator.

Great location

Dissapointed. The photos don't reflect the current state of the property which is much duller in comparison and with old furniture, cheap rugs and cheaper still drapes. I inexplicably found food from the previous guest(s) in the cupboards. The apartment is also very hot in the Summer due to a marquee in the living room. I'm sorry, but I was very disappointed at this price range.

Great layout, size and location. Has everything you need.

One possible draw back for some might be the lack of an elevator.

Functional and clean apartment in a quiet area. We were able to stay on for an extra few hours after check out time which was really nice (as we had a late flight). Some good value and nice cafes and restaurants nearby!

Apartment was dark with no natural light or balcony to watch people or the view , we would have booked another place if we had not prepaid for the 3 nights. Slightly musty smell as if the apartment had not been aired in a few weeks. Equipment not great ie I could not find a corkscrew or enough pans to do a decent meal. No goodwill gesture that I have seen in every other apartment/house we have stayed in e.g. coffee capsules for machine, olive oil, washing powder or even a few small welcome items. When you are travelling with children, you tend to spend a bit more time in your accommodation, this was not the most enjoyable place to do that. Estoril itself doesn't have nice beaches (in our opinion) so we drove up the coast to get to the decent beaches as our kids love to spend hours playing in sand and splashing in the water.
