Nos recibieron con una bebida de cortesía para empezar. Vinimos muy tarde sólo por una noche y fue un remanso con parking al lado. La habitación sencilla pero correcta y limpia. Ducha buena y lo mejor: el desayuno en un bar a la vuelta en terracita al sol . Calidad precio insuperable El personal muy amable.

How close it is to the train station and friendly staff (except for one receptionist)

Most of the staff were friendly, and the hotel is very close to Getafe Renfe Station
Beds could be a bit more comfortable and one female receptionist was always grumpy (however, the other one was super friendly)

The hotel definitely has a high quality. Rooms are comfy, I particularly liked the pillow compared to other hotels I stayed at in Spain. The AC is cleverly situated so that it doesnt directly blow the cold air onto the bed. Hotel is close to the bus and train stop of Getafe and there are lots of restaurants around.
There were some small signs of age. The window shutter was stuck at a middle level but there was a curtain as well so that one could control how much light went into the room. The bathroom door didnt close properly but that doesnt matter if you are travelling alone or with your partner.

Close to station, proper bathroom. Decently priced.
Some language challenges with part of the staff as non Spanish speaker. Breakfast was in a nearby cafe and not much to cheer for.

- good shower, with hot water
- nice and approachable staff
- small room. Ours bags barely fit in the room
- parking lot is paid, 6€ per night. Hard to find empty parking in the street
- breakfast is outside of the hostal. You have to eat in a cafe nearby and you can only ask for a meal, you can't repeat

The staff were lovely and parking was just across the road. Cold drinks were available which was fabulous as it was very hot during our stay
The walls are rather thin. The gentleman in the next room kept us awake as he snored all night. There is not much storage for clothes

The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, with a good size bed and good facilities. The location was great for a visit to Madrid, with only a short walk to the train station where frequent and reasonably priced trains ran to Madrid. Private, underground parking was available nearby at a very reasonable rate. Breakfast was included and provided at a cafe just around the corner.
The welcome drink was a nice touch.

Good value for the money spent. The staff was very nice and helped us with all of our questions and requests.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear literally everything from the other rooms. There isn't much space and the beds&pillows are quite stiff.

Parking was easy and cheap. forgot to make a reservation, but the staff allowed me to park anyways. It was a little cramped but not too bad.
Staff barely spoke english or didnt speak it at all. This made communicating extremely hard since I dont speak a single word spanish myself.
