The location was sensational and could not have been bettered. Quite apart from the wonderful location, the apartment itself was charming and with a little bit of care, could have been so much better.

The apartment had had a superficial clean so looked fine at first glance. We are not particularly fussy. However the kitchen area was pretty awful. The freezer needed defrosting and was filthy and the oven contained a frying pan that was full of dirty old oil which was pretty disgusting. When we tried to open drawers and cupboards, the doors fell off. We mended one. The owners had kindlly left us a packet of coffee and there were two very smart coffee machines. Unfortunately, neither of these worked. Several light bulbs had blown or were missing and the loo roll holder in the toilet was dodgy. Almost worst of all, there was insufficient bedding and we were cold overnight. A sheet and thin cover was provided but in early April a duvetor blankets are needed. Luckily, we had a couple of car rugs in our car which came in useful after our first night. We had contact details for the owner / manager but his response was rather slow and we were only there a short time. However, this apartment was potentially perfect. With minimal attention , it could have been 100 percent wonderful. A good cleaner and handyman and a few extras such as duvets and perhaps a hairdryer, and general TLC would have made all the difference.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, a stone's throw from the magnificent cathedral which you can also see from one of the apartment's windows. The price was good considering the time of year.

As we stayed on some of the hottest days of the year, we would have appreciated air-conditioning or at least more fans. However, I understand there then would be financial concerns from the owner! We never received a response as to where we should park our car, although we quickly found a car park very nearby. The lack of bedding was also unexpected, we were on a long flight from China so were unable to see the owner's message until it was too late!

Location was exceptional and the appartement was very cosy!

Everything was very good, if we would like to be critical, the mattress in the double room was dipped in the middle and could be improved to make the accommodation outstanding. :)

It were close to the city.

The TV did not work , I get Internet and the lost day before I leave . The water heater stop working from the second day we arrive we couldn't get to took a shower.

Perfect location for exploring the city, lovely to be able to see the Cathedral and hear the bells. The apartment was very 'French' - a mixture of an old building with stylish modern furnishings, very well equipped. Very accommodating host.

Slight confusion over the cleaning options but this was swiftly resolved.
